I have a workout program that I start tomorrow so I might do this challenge only two or three times a week from today.

but with really bad form at the end. I started uncontrollably shaking, especially my legs for some reason.

was on a multi-day hike and have been focused more on cardio since then, but even doing this sally up challenge three times, i’ve already found myself to be able to do a lot more pushups, and they feel way easier!
It makes a massive difference. I did 3x8 push ups as part of my workout on Monday and they were way too easy. I had to throw in a few paused and explosive ones to make it harder.

I haven’t exercised in a week because of work and social commitments, but I’ve been regularly lifting weights for almost a year and train Muay Thai once a week.

Felt exhausted when I did it, seems like it’s a better idea to do this challenge with more food in the system later in the day, instead of early morning.
