haven’t seen a benefit from taking a rest day so I will continue doing it everyday without rest until I finish the challenge, no matter how long it takes. I love it

I used to do this challenge with my kids. Good with squats too!

Man, I don’t think I’ll ever get there on this challenge.
Are we all holding the bottom position or flopping? I find holding the bottom position most fatiguing.

tbh I think mine starts to crack halfway through. I´ll restart with proper form.

Concentrated more on steady nose breathing that time. It seemed to help because I think I was holding my breath too much.
I also take very heavy breaths in the beginning; and I push myself until I drool
