Sorry to hear about that, @HeroicDragon. You must be feeling betrayed now and a huge lack of trust at the moment for both the persons concerned in this incident.
You don’t need a custom. Run Love Bomb and Heartsong while forgiving all persons concerned in this situation (the guy, your ex and even yourself). You don’t even have to feel like it but say it in your mind regardless.
This doesn’t mean you continue your relationship with them but to be free of their influence and heal yourself.
In time you will get better mentors and romantic relationships. You must be feeling in the pits right now and my words won’t make it feel better but know that you are not the first or the last to be hurt this way but you can overcome if you decide to do so.
As you have asked this question, you have already taken the first step so I encourage you to keep moving forward.
Don’t be afraid of your dreams. They are just a reflection of our fears when awake and those nightmares will go in time.
You can continue to run DRR along with Love Bomb and Heartsong if you want to.
