Hey, @shapeshift. Are you logged into the Main Store? I find the login for both the Main Store and submitting ticket to be the same

Do be more specific in letting us know what difficulty you are having when submitting a ticket

Hey Raphael! Yes, logged into the main store. When I press contact support and go to the submit a ticket page, it gives me this notice.
