Hey there,
Man, how time moves, its almost like yesterday lol.
The pain hasn’t returned at all in my leg (around the connective points of the leg’s bones and the pelvic), or my shoulder, or elbow tennis; heck, I’ve been playing tennis for months now and no pain when swinging! Although, I have developed a golfer’s wrist! That’s a joke
Although I’m not using Paragon as much as I want to, considering how demanding it is, I’m still following a healthy life style of exercises and nutrition, there’s no reason not to implement those whatsoever.
I actually forgot that I had those until you asked, so a solid ten.
I do wish I could take a shot of xray, but its not possible at this moment. Personally, however, without scientific measures, yes. There’s no popping in my leg, I’m exercising like when I was a teenager, running and jumping fluidly, even my yogic poses are stable than ever. I’ve been exercising for a long time but not until Paragon did they heal. Especially the elbow, I’d do exercises with light dumbells daily, but for years it didn’t go away, even when I quit lifting.
I will suggest that you take things like Glucosamine, MSM, and Tummerics; as well as do daily exercises for overall wellness. There are more things nutritional wise that could aid in the healing processes, silicone and bone broth come to mind.
The only thing that came back was turbulent sleep. While on it, the sleep is so serene, I love it. I would do some stretches before sleep and wake up fresh; without it, I’d have to re-stretch again. Paragon: Sleep
I hope that was helpful, and my best wishes
P.S: if you’re sensitive to energy, you’re gonna feel Paragon doing its magic
