It’s too bad because she would benefit from titles like Sanguine or Seductress 
I have a hard time with people avoiding work due to panic attacks. I understand the wanting to say suck it up. What is she doing to address her anxiety? Avoidance and escapism are temporary fixes for a bigger problem. I used to be like that until I chose to soar like a Phoenix rising from the ashes. 
Why hold back what you’re thinking or feeling? Doesn’t that lead to more resentment?

It’s legit panic attacks. I’ve offered my “services” but hypnosis still scares her. So whatever lol.
She’d rather just do something else. Which I understand.
It’s like people with snake phobias just find it easier to not get too close to snakes. No real incentive to fix the issue when they can just not go up to snakes.

I get this. I would never work retail again. Energy is better spent focusing on what someone wants vs throwing that energy into trying to fix something that has limited reward except for saying “I can do this now”.

Today is sub day. Decided I want to dive in further to Khan itself and being a better version of my Khanself.

I ran that new stack yesterday. Definitely felt strong.
Today I wanted to try K2 with ascension and GLM. Because I got the feeling maybe I was doing myself a disservice by starting K1 all over.
Ran it before taking the wife to work. 10 mins each.
Got her dropped off. Took a totally different route back to our hotel room. On a whim.
Then as I was walking from the car back into the room, in the parking lot/car park I suddenly felt like I should remove my phone case. So I did.
No more phone case for my phone.
Goes back to a previous entry:
I definitely feel like I’m inviting myself to be more in control. If that isn’t “inner alpha” I don’t know what is.
No more case. I don’t need it anymore. Khan2 it is.

Decided to alternate stages of khan each sub day.
Today was 10 mins each of Khan4, ascension, GLM
Listened to that about 90 minutes ago while still at work.
At the grocery store now. In the parking lot. Went in for a bathroom break.
As I was walking through the parking lot to go in, I suddenly felt ALIVE.
Noticing women.
One saw me looking. I smiled and kept walking.
I watched an interview last night between Tom Bilyeu and Robert Greene.
One thing they touched on was how women get turned on if they know you’re losing control over them.
As in, primal attraction and not being able to control or contain it.
I played with feeling that internally when I saw an attractive woman.
Interesting thing is the penis was alive too. Bigger and ready to go. As if I’d run BDML.
Like a new baseline. Might be temporary. Dunno. But still awesome nonetheless.
Back to K1 best sub day. And repeat…:

Ran later in the evening. That was a busy Instacart day. So I’ll probably observe acute effects more tomorrow on rest day.

So I just realized something. At work on Tuesday, I loaded up a playlist of what I thought was Khan4+Ascension+GLM.
But I realized today that is accidentally out KB4 instead of Khan. So it was KB4+Ascension+GLM.
Explains the thing the last couple days of being horny but not conttrolled by it. Ready to go but able to temper it.
Oopsie.
But that’s awesome. Means I’m already capable of running KB4 without recon!
Definitely considering a custom with Khan4 and KB4

Today was my last khan day for now. Khan4, Ascension. GLM.
Got 3 exposures to each of the khan stages, which is enough patterning for the SubC to work on it.
20ish minutes after running it, I walked into the grocery store.
Felt powerful af. Saw lots of women and felt incredibly horny.
That was fun.
I didn’t feel out of control at all. Just basking in the horny aura.

Dream:
I was in a house again. Had my own office.
A friend was visiting us.
Said “I need to ask you guys a favor”. To which the wife said “we don’t have extra money to help.”
“I got money. Good to to there. But I got something in LA I need help. Was hoping Palpatine could drive me to LA to pick up something.”
Don’t remember what it was.
I said I would if I could get the time off
Was to be a 4-day trip
Wife looked worried.
Like afraid we’d get it on.
I was thinking the whole time “I can make a move!” But then “That’s the one time wife would expect me to”. Back and forth.
The friend saw my home office and said “I love it!”
Mainly I woke up from the dream feeling like I liked my office a lot. I want a sanctuary again.

Started a new stack last night. Will do 3 reps minimum.
Ran this last night. Results so far are below the screenshot.
I’m feeling quite content and at peace today. Like a king surveying his empire.
Also interesting. As I sit here I am hit with a feeling of “I want to be a better man. Be the best man I can”.
I’d assume that’s Chosen blending in.
Wondering if Primal is better than PN for that stack. I’ll rotate 'em after the 3 reps for PN.
My goal for now is to keep Nectar/JB in long-term (shout out to Ninji for the advice).
Will rotate out PN for Primal. Probably put Ascension in place of Chosen. Because Primal Ascension is always a good idea.
Another will be Nectar, GLM, Commander.
And naturally Khan Black will make an appearance.
I’m seeing that as I do these 3-rep experiments, the scripting seems to be expressing fast af.
Will be fun seeing what happens the more tools I put into the toolbox.

The “3 reps” thing is from my training as a hypnotist. Once the brain is exposed so some stimulus 3 times, the pattern-making/pattern-seeking mechanism kicks in.
Anything last 3x locks the pattern in more.
Look at most jokes you’re told. “A priest, a rabbi and a rabbit walk into a bar…”
Most jokes have 2x or 3x of setup. “The priest says…”, “the rabbi says…” which is to establish a pattern of expectancy.
Then the punchline breaks or defies that pattern somehow. Humour is reframing of some sort or another.
The 3x thing seems to be part of human nature.

My experiment is working really well.
Had some experiences I don’t really want to journal about right now.
I’ll be adding more titles/scripting to the toolbox soon.
Since this is going to continue, I’ll need to get a bit more formal with it and make a list of titles.
I ordered a new custom the other day. Not sure why I didn’t journal it yet.
I’ve received it and ran 2 loops so far on the way to .3 minimum.
Don’t even have a name for it yet so for now I’m just referring to it for myself by its order number.
