Overexposure effects after listening to the first loop

Hi,

Recently I did a washout and listened to my first loops last Friday. I was supposed to listen again today, but last night I had small bad dreams and today I woke up with overexposure effects like sleeping too much, being very tired and brain fog, so I think it’s better not to listen to today’s loops.

I’m going for a small run or maybe for a swim on the beach if I can find the energy to get into the beach.

  1. Since I’m listening to 10s loops of Love Bomb, should I decrease the loop length even further (to 5 seconds)?
  2. It’s not clear yet for me in these situations if taking action like approaching Women, or having the difficult conversations with some close people helps, or if it is only recommended in case of reconciliation (where you feel intense emotions like anger, etc.)
  3. What about cold showers for reconciliation and/or overexposure?

First, it’s unlikely, that you get overexposure from one loop. Recon on the other hand is very possible.

  1. Reducing listening time is always a good idea if you get recon. And yes, 5 seconds sounds like not much, but it can help nevertheless.
    Just like when you’re starting a new exercise at the gym, for a muscle group you’ve never trained before, better start slow.

  2. Taking action is always good. The kind of action you take on the other hand is highly dependent of the topic you’re working on with subs. Since you can use one sub to target completely different areas of your life, it also depends on your goals.
    Do you practice conscious guidance?
    I would highly recommend to do so.

Write down concrete goals you want to reach using LB. Reread the objectives of LB regularly and tell you subconscious which of the objectives are your priority. Tell it how you want to see the change in your life to manifest.

For intense emotions look up the Sedona method. You can find some input in here, or tons on the web.

  1. Cold showers can help. But search for recon in here, and you’ll find hundreds of tips. From working out, over nutrition to meditation.

are you sure that this is overexposure and not just some consequence of lifestyle? I sometimes do get days where I just want to do nothing and feel tired. Maybe you are getting sick?

Also how long has your washout been? Maybe try doing 2 weeks

What if you try longer loops instead? What if you just hit reconciliation in a new form and due to loop being so short, you’ve just integrated everything at once and now hit with heavy recon?

It’s Love Bomb, I imagine actions would be to do deep introspection sessions, figuring out what might be holding you from loving yourself, etc.

Good imo. Also buteyko, more sleep, good nutrition, raw eggs.

OK, it’s unlikely but it’s still difficult for me to differentiate. The only difference I can see at this stage if this is only recon, is that overexposure was more intense and I wouldn’t even have energy to go for a small run.

I’m not saying this is overexposure, I trust your knowledge. Just to be clear is it always good to take action even in case of overexposure?

Will do. I have a piece of paper posted on a cabinet that I wrote in January, but it’s outdated. I’ll update it. I also have a gratitude tree Gratitude Tree – Kikkerland Design Inc and I was told to be grateful and write on the leafs my dreams, like if they already happened (law of assumption).

What is overload?

Overload occurs when you’ve run too many loops, or the subconscious is just overloaded due to the demands of the subliminal (manifestation subs like R.I.C.H. can cause this). Overload manifests as profound physical and mental fatigue. You may find it hard to talk or write complex sentences and your thinking may simply feel sluggish. Overload is pretty obvious, as opposed to stonewalling and reconciliation. It’s a very distinct sensation. If you’re feeling like you need extra sleep (but doesn’t seem to help), and caffeine or another stimulant doesn’t help, it’s most likely overload.
To deal with overload, take a few rest days without ANY subliminal stimuli, eat healthy, nutrient-rich foods and get adequate sleep. Overload tends to pass fairly quickly. Most people recover within a day or two. If you experience a long period of overload, you may be going through reconciliation also. Overload and reconciliation often hits at the same time, leaving you annoyed and fatigued.

Did you read the Masterclass?
If not, do it.

It explains that your subconscious has a “processing queu”. You can fill this queu up by listening to too much subs. Once it’s full, you’re overloaded. But I don’t guess that thats your case with jsut 10 seconds. Rather that 10 seconds were processed very intensly and that lead to intense recon.
I was overloading myself last year by listening to full loops, sometimes more than 3 full loops every listening day. For weeks. Than I had a few days where I wrote almost only gibberish in here. That was when someone told me to take a break. And it got better fast.

In case of overexposure take it slow. Also in cases of recon. Research recon remedies in here and do that.
When I was in recon from Emperor I was higly irritable. Talking with family was a catastrophy. I got loud everytime.
So it depends how recon is showing. Use your brain to determine if your action can lead to the outcome you want, of if it could make things worse.

I don’t think it’s a consequence of lifestyle. I exercise regularly and yesterday was a resting day and I was alone all day, so nothing happened. I also don’t think I’m sick.

1.5 weeks.

I think @Parsifal advice makes more sense. It’s better to start slow.

That makes sense, I have been doing that. Also having the difficult conversations, to approach the Women I like (with moderation), and practicing self care, seem to be good actions to take.

I’m afraid to do that, I normally hard boil eggs, because people say it kills the bacteria.
Some people here even advise to eat raw meat What sort of supplements do you take? - #46 by friday, if they mean to eat a raw steak that looks really strange to me…

BTW, after I write my introspections, what am I supposed to do with it?

For example I realized that my subconscious thinks I don’t deserve or that I’m unworthy to have beautiful girlfriends or high quality Women.

What I’m supposed to do with that? Or the subs will automatically work that out in the background?

If you can source them freshly it’s no problem. Look up Aajonus Vonderplanitz. Raw protein is super highly bioavailable.

For raw meat, living on a carnivore diet is a good preparation. Once your on carnivore for a couple of months, nothing survives your stomach acid. We’re on the same level as vultures acid wise, once adapted.

BTW @WorldOvertaker s advice could work as well. Microloops help to process the script faster. Si adding more time could lead to the results beeing more stretched out. So the same recon, but over a longer time, so not as intense.
It’s only trial and error that helps finding the right path.

Do you know this sour gummy bears?
10 seconds could be like scraping the sour stuff off and putting it in your mouth purely. 30 seconds could be like adding a Gummi bear, so the sour stuff gets diluted.

That’s the case, but the difference is that it helped this time.
But I don’t feel anger, irritated, nor anxious like when having recon.

What my intuition is telling me is to add more horse power, so I’m going to increase the listening time of Love Bomb (the culprit) and maintain the listening time for Ascension.

Salmonella is incredibly rare in eggs and there are higher chances to get it from vegetables and such

Supermarket eggs are good enough quality, especially pasture raised. They get all kinds of tests for salmonella so it is of the least concern

As for the benefits, there are plenty. Raw eggs might very well be THE most useful food on the planet.

  • A lot of top quality protein which is very bioavailabe
  • A lot of unoxidised cholesterol which does a lot of useful things. Not only it allows the body to heal all kinds of damage and makes a ton of important hormones (such as testosterone), it also induces something called Reverse Cholesterol Transport. It’s one of the main ways for the body to detox. Depending on the state of your body, you might get very bad detox symptoms but afterwards you will feel a lot better. Also RCT acts like a very strong antioxidant
  • Raw eggs also induce something called Oral Tolerance. Basically, it improves your immune system drastically, even helps combating autoimmune diseases. This is probably the most important benefit of raw egg and the reason why everyone must eat them. Once your Oral Tolerance fails, you are basically dead.

Try to understand why it feels that way and counteract with actions. Increase your worth (through exercise, diet, earning money, improving social skills, etc.) and also meet more beautiful women.

Subs may or may not tackle it automatically, it depends on a lot of factors. If that was happening to me, I’d try to realize why my subconscious thinks so, is it true or not and then, if that’s true, I’d do the steps mentioned above and if it isn’t true, that would be easy to kinda erase. At least in my experience, once I realize that my limiting belief is not true, it gets very easy to release it

I listened to 20s of Love Bomb plus 1 minute of Ascension.
After a while I got tired and went to sleep.
I’m feeling more tired now than before listening to the loops.

I have to try reducing Love Bomb to 5s or to just not listening for a few more days next time.

BTW I listened to a song before listening to the loops, to put me in high emotional state.

I’m now feeling frustration and anger because I’m on this instability for about 4 weeks now and can’t get a stable stack to work nor stable results. With the anger, came some energy. I think the anger is due to the Ascension kicking in, because Love Bomb only had a softening or sleepy effect on me.

It looks like Love Bomb and Ascension have opposing effects on me.

When I said longer loops, I meant something like 3 minutes lmao
