It has it purposes if your in a place with little exposure, otherwise its crap. In terms of quality there is nothing that beats real sunlight. Checkout Dr jack kruse, he has very interesting research about health and sunlight
I’ve noticed this too We get a lot of poor weather here recently and it impacts the number of additional hours I sleep after a stack (I usually run my stack late at night). It’s definitely a hormonal/vitamin D thing; for me I’ve found I make more progress on my stack when my dopamine levels are higher.
Visualising the Subliminal executing according to the copy has helped me in reducing recon. Even reading the copy and noticing points / places where you feel a hiccup - “Seems difficult to me”. And addressing or meditating on it has helped too.
