My way of avoiding recon is to listen to the sub while in movement, like when walking. It seems to work at least for me !

Another way is with custom. In each of my custom I have at least 2 cores and/or 5 modules in common. Meaning whatever custom I will listen, my subconscious will be always familiar with part of the subliminal narrative. It really diminishes but not suppress totally recon to an acceptable level

physical activity is definitely good for recon. But I have to admit, I never thought of doing the two together. Good idea.

Those are some solid advice make me think about adding in a small workout routine

I try yesterday 1 fat spoon of coconut oil
It works very well.
I instantly started to process more of the heavy stack I am running

I would do subs WHILE working out, but I find the music I listen to usually has a positive impact on my workout performance.

If SC were to release the beast unleashed lifecharger then perhaps I could listen to that before working out and then regular subs while workout out as the life charger could make up for the lack of motivational workout music.

I’ve been using @Grasping_infinity’s Infinity Player from the app store for listening to music and subs at the same time on my cryPhone

Sure.

I explained what recon is (on biological level) and how coconut oil helps deal with it. Of course, apart from that, it supports processing since it boosts your energy levels.

Fish oil works wonders too.

I did but I am not sure about it.

I had been getting recon on RM for around 10 days when it stopped after employing coconut oil in my diet.
On fish oil, the recon I got for around one week was much lighter than the recon I used to get on Qv2 in the past. But it may be due to the fact I ran Alchemist that helps you control your anger.

Honestly, I am a very bad observer I cant tell about many things if there is a just small improvement or not. It has to be something bigger to catch my eyes. But you have inspired me and I will probably try coconut oil.

I recommend coconut oil to everyone not only for the benefits related to the usage of subs but for overall health benefits and improving your energy levels.

I agree with MCT/coconut oil, it gives you extra energy to lessen recon :slight_smile:

It may be related or not but yesterday I didn’t take my oil and today I’m getting a slight recon. I haven’t got any for one week running the same stack.

Hey Saint forgot to give you feedback.

Recon did get bad today and i decided to try your traditional medicine recommendation.

I normally stay away from chocolate but hey recon was bad i was running out of ideas so i bite the bullet and bought a box of after 8 s.

Will report back soon.

After 8s yummy yummy i felt tired and sick after eating the whole box. Recon has gone though i think.
