a bit annoyed with @Malkuth today.
Took me about 5 or 6 hours to get into doing any substantive work on my tasks.
One interesting thing is that during this adaptation period with my stack, napping is happening. I’m not a person who tends to take naps. But in the last week, the combination of 1) getting 5 hours of sleep a night, 2) needing to wake up early to meditate before doing a week-long 4-hour training, and 3) starting the new Q V2 subliminal stack, has led to a few naps.
It wasn’t completely because of the subliminals, but I have the sense that they played a significant role.
