Consider this:

During every phase of your life;

whether you were up or whether you were down,

whether you were the big winner or the low loser;

you still found things to love,

you still found something beautiful.

Don’t care if this is relevant to anything. It makes me happy.

Thanks to @hyperbeam I just re-read the support article on Subliminal Washouts and cross-referencing that with @Azriel 's experiences, it seems that I needed more frequent washouts. This is a part of subliminal use that I’ve neglected. Primarily because I never experience overwhelming reconciliation. But there’s more to a washout than just managing recon. There’s also managing stonewalling, and there’s just overall Integration, in general.

It’s a bit hard for me to gauge this process because I don’t generally get a lot of subjective fireworks and pyrotechnics with my subliminal use. Just results.

One question that I have is: I just participated in the Zero Point trial for 2 months and did not play my stack until 8 November. Does that count as a washout or partial washout?

In other words, Is one possible Washout/Integration strategy to simply play another title for a while?

I suspect I’ve guessed the answer to this. It’s probably that doing so can be a partial washout, and it may support integration, but it will do so over a longer period of time. That’s the logical answer. This is another reason that I’m thinking of Stack Rotation as a useful strategy.

But it also seems that periods of just complete “radio silence” are a very good idea.

Just like the feast-famine concept of healthy metabolic maintenance. It’s not simply that eating is good or bad, or that fasting is good or bad. It’s the alternation between the two that keeps the body’s systems well-tuned and responsive.

What would you consider more frequent?

I see washouts as no input whatsoever. I think for integration it’s really important. Having no stimulus or input gives the mind space to form the neural connections in the brain. I mentioned it before but I see rest days or washouts as transitioning into a more diffuse mode of thinking where your brain starts tying concepts together. As opposed to the very focused mode of thinking when actively listening.

It’s also good because you get a better feel for how long this subliminal input stays with you and is continually worked on. I know for me not listening I had to fight this sense of “not doing anything”. It’s just a long standing habit of the days of 8-16 hours of subs every day before subclub.

Q: What if every angry or ignorant thought you expressed cost you $100?

A: It does.

And now, back to my neglected journal.

Music Made During ZP Trial

That first track is killer. Immediate thought is in those old RPGs when you’re about to hit a big journey but it’s the lead up and tension to something big coming. As always super uplifting stuff.

And Kwisatz 2. Nice. I didn’t catch that verse at first and a re-listen had me thinking, hold up I remember these rhymes! lol. Some proper old school flow on that, like Eric B and Rakim. Solid.

Your stuff always has a very firm identity to it, that’s what I appreciate about it. Glad you got to explore more of this during the ZP trial. I’m hoping it helps connect me with my most authentic self for my music as well.

Did you feel like you were able to get in the flow more when writing these tracks?

I was like “Rakim?!” and then I re-ran it in my head and I know the main part that would sound like Ra.
It’s ‘and back up your stacks/ organize your tracks’

also he does a real flat, straight-ahead delivery of his rhymes. not a lot of dynamics or emotion. Which is the same way that I said that rhyme. Though in my case it was more unintentional haha.

Last night was my first time playing Chosen ZP since 19 November 2021 when the trial ended. Played 2 loops at bedtime.

Woke up this morning: meditated, hiked for 6.5 miles, came back, barbered my son’s hair. Showered. Bought us a nice lunch from a new taqueria.

Since then haven’t done much of anything and am now about to start getting things together.

I’ve been thinking about my own roadmap; especially now that these Zero Point resources are available.

My main objective is Self-Determination. Kujichagulia as they say.

I will definitely not throw away the ability to lead others. But my dream is to feel very clear about leading myself.

The Sub Club programs that seem most focused on that are Ascended Mogul and Emperor. Interesting, because I never really had those as my most important programs.

In this exact phase, healing has seemed most current.

I have some things that have needed to be addressed.

So, my stack right now: Dragon Reborn and Chosen ZP.

With the support of the Zero Point effect, I’m playing with the possibility that I may be able to run each stage of Dragon Reborn for about 45 days. that means 6 or 7 weeks. Who know, could even be less. I’m really thinking 6 weeks.

At some point, while I’m still working through Dragon Reborn, I’ll be bringing in my core Qv2 custom: Naissance.

So, it’ll be Dragon Reborn, Chosen ZP, and Naissance. Eventually Dragon Reborn will be taken out. And Chosen ZP may be replaced by another ZP track. We’ll see.

Looking forward to listening guidelines, etc., for ZP.

I. Yesterday I did not play my scheduled Paragon REBUILD (Custom Ultima). It felt right. I think it’s still processing. That kind of intuitive adjustment hasn’t happened for a while. I did play Dragon Blood during morning meditation. Last night I had active, but not intense, dream activity with enhanced recall. Was travelling with wife to a new home. She’s not been in my (remembered) dreams for a little while.

II. Thought that came to me this morning: You may feel that a given spiritual concept or religion is cool. But if you’re a priest or priestess of that religion, it’s not ‘cool’ anymore. It’s the law. And I’m not going around looking for new laws to follow. Law’s going to have to find me.

III. Digging this music that I’m in the middle of composing. I’ve already thrown it up on the Artists thread, but going to put it here on my own journal too.

I wish I had more time to work on music. It’s been quite a few months since I put out that Daft Punk inspired track.

Your latest track on your Soundcloud actually remind me of my favorite Ulrich Schnauss album, “Goodbye,” mixed with Zero 7’s more experimental stuff. Post “The Garden” music.

Wow yeah. I just had a quick listen. Never heard of him before thanks for bringing him up though. I hear some influence from Slowdive in this album.
