You need to speak English at least at a conversational level that is B1-B2. You need to know around 3000-4000 most common words. You cannot use any translator as it’s impossible to translate the scripting in any way. Use:

Be consistent and you’ll get there. Many of us are not native English speakers yet we managed to master the language. You can do it too.

I’ve heard of people who didn’t speak English get results from subs that are scripted in English. Give your favorite tittle a try and see how it goes. You might be pleasantly surprised. SC even has a couple of free subs available for you to download.

She must understand conversatiomal english maybe she does but you dont know it.
