New listening settings

I just tested listening to my sub (AoW) using my phone’s speaker set to ‘Mono’ [Settings>Accessibility>Hearing enhancements>Mono audio (toggle it on)] and at almost the highest volume, while my phone was lying on my belly. I don’t want to share my results until someone else tries it too and reports back with their experience.

The results are different compared to when I listen to subs with my headphones. That’s all I can say.

The masked one.

The speakers were facing my head.

Edit
50-60% volume seems to be optimal.

Which track did you use?

Interested to know the effects and difference you’re seeing… I always go headphones as not sure if the sub is in any way negative for a dog to listen to? I thought I saw somewhere not to play subs with animals around? Is that a thing or have I totally imagined that?!

Animals and some people can hear ultrasonic sounds. Depending on the frequency, it can be disorienting and stressful to the animals.

Not sure if it matters…Were the phone speakers facing your head or facing your feet?

It does matter. The speakers were facing my head.

I ran DRR1 and Sanguine + PoMaQ. Initially feels more potent, like the script went deeper. I tried running at full volume but my ears got annoyed. I found that half way volume was best for me. I listened to my audio and then did my Kundalini breath of fire. I did one cycle of the breathwork(I typically do 3 cycles) and my intuition told me to stop because my energy was flowing up through my chakras smoothly.

I couldn’t listen to my tracks at the full volume for the same reason either. It was set at 90%.

Thanks for sharing. Let’s wait for another report.

It’s almost 3am but I tried it nevertheless.
EE, first with full volume but I tuned it down in the middle because of family sleeping nearby.

Read only after you tried it

With full power it felt like someone was picking a guitar string in my lower parts. I felt a shockwave moving through my body. Not exactly bad, but slightly unpleasant.

Will try this again next time.

Thanks, @Parsifal.

I would be great if one or two more users could report back.

I read somewhere that a very low volume can be very effective and be absorbed deeper because the subconscious has to focus more to listen to the script.

I’ve tried it and so far I’m liking it.More details later.I’m working now.

Did you try Mono?

:spades:

I didn’t, I should?

Deciding to give it a shot, I turned to the subs that had previously yielded no results: Genesis (one cycle, nothing) and Ascension (months of listening, still no hint of a change). I started with Genesis, and within about 10 minutes of listening, I felt a distinct energy movement in my root chakra. Afterward, I switched to Ascension. Immediately, a wave of coolness washed over me, melting away my fatigue, and I listened for a full 15 minutes. While I hadn’t planned on continuing, curiosity eventually won out. About two hours later, I did a loop of Primal, another title that hadn’t shown any effects for me, save for some weight loss. I didn’t experience any sensations during that listening session.
Today at work, I noticed a significant shift: less stress, more calmness, and an undeniable surge of positivity. The external world simply didn’t affect me. My colleagues were unusually friendly and helpful, offering all sorts of favors and support. I attribute this to the influence of auras. During my usual lunch break trip to the supermarket for a pack of two rolls, I discovered the pack was longer and contained three rolls for the same price—a ‘2+1 free’ deal. Coincidence? Perhaps. But I can’t help but suspect the auras played a role there too. I also felt a marked increase in both mental and physical energy, ending the day without my usual exhaustion.

Read the post above (by @Damian) and see yourself if you should give it a try.

I’m going to wait for one more user report before I share my findings, but you see yourself already how (in his case) much more potent it is than the standard listening settings (stereo and headphones). From no notice results to undeniable shifts.

Thanks for sharing, Damian.

I think mono only applies to earphones, to make you hear the same thing on both sides, I don’t think it does anything on speaker.

I tried anyways today, didn’t feel different but can’t except anything from one loop.
