My golden strategy describes a start with 30 seconds and a steady lengthening an exposure for 10 seconds each listening session. Thus, depending on a number of titles in your stack, it takes from half year to year (88 listening sessions) to reach 15 minutes from 30 seconds. It may seem a long time for some people, but subliminals are a marathon, not a sprint. Solid positive sides of this strategy are minimal recon and steady, but right progress. But it requires a long-term, stable stack.

lol same here I never used Daredevil (but did use Chosen lol) but I feel like the essence and the cover is the ideal/integrated version of myself.

So if one does gradually go up to 15m rather than straight out the bat, then has doubts (aka recon) should the user go back to 1m for results?
Running full loops isn’t doing anything for me, but 5-8m was the golden spot.
No, the guideline says to go back to the previous length that worked fine, so if for you 5-8m was the golden spot, then you tried 15m and got recon, going back to 5-8m should be just fine.
Until you feel like trying for more, maybe 10, or 12, and see how it goes.

You may not see instant results. Or you may not notice results right now due to how ZP works.
In times of Qv2 results were felt like “forced” and face-hitting and not natural, while ZP results are less noticeable, yet more profound, smooth and natural. To be honest, I always start to see results when I look backwards, not when I look at current. Especially this is true when you don’t switch titles often but keep your stack for a long run. For example, I’ve been running The Executive for 4 (or 5?) months now, and while it seems like there are no results, but I can clearly see a profound shift when I look back at my personality before The Executive: less ADHD, better concentration, much less procrastination. Yet, without this retrospective it seems like I haven’t got any results at all.
My advice is still same: start from 30 seconds and increment 10 seconds each listening time. It may take a longer time than you may expect but it gives you guaranteed results and less recon.
Please be patient with your results. I realise you want them faster, but I feel that you are panicking and worrying yourself too much about delivery methods and volumes and headphones vs. speaker and masked vs. ultrasonics, can hear just water or chirps, etc.
Are you keeping a stable and consistent approach long enough, or are you fleeting from one idea to the next constantly, thinking that may be the trick that will produce the breakthrough?
Let your system acclimatise to one method and stick with it for a while without mixing it up again or jumping around.
If you found your best results with phone speakers then perhaps return to that, or pick one and just commit to it, instead of switching back and forth being concerned that is not working cause you’re not seeing an immediate effect or response.
You’ve had success before with ZP , which means they can and do work for you.
Don’t give up, but try not to keep thinking about a lack of results and what you might need to change with your equipment or setup to make them suddenly appear.
