The answer is Yes.

But this seems almost to be more of a philosophical or personal question than a technical one.

“Do I still play a parental role in my children’s lives even after they are no longer dependent on me?”

But whatever the response to that question, only about 3 out of the 11 listed objectives for this program seem to be specifically focused on people being children, dependents, or even members of your household. And the objectives mention that the program covers friends as well as family members.

So that pretty much leaves the answer at “Yes”.

But the “Training” element that is core to this program will not work in as straightforward of a way if you are not still in a Trainer role in relation to your children as developing minds.

So you’ll use some parts of the functionality more than others.

In your specific case as a self-aware trainer of your own mind, I think you will get interesting effects in the ways that you parent yourself. I think this would also have ripple effects that benefit your relationships with your children.

Another way that Lineage will probably help you is in understanding when and how to reach out with help or support, and when to step back.

That’s important with adult children. And not always easy to discern and to navigate.

This huge result is either Genesis or Lineage or both. It just happened tonight. The only change in my stack was eog4 to Genesis, but I did run Lineage yesterday

Late at night, I had an emotional meltdown. Not sure if that even captures what happened. All the memories of myself not feeling good enough rose to the surface and I cried hard and my heart still hurts in the aftershocks.

I realized that pretty much the center of everything in my life is because in the deepest spaces under my mind under the strongest mntal shields I feel “I am not enough” This stems all the way back since I can remember. DEEP DEEP DEEP Down I always felt not enough at work, to my family, friends, society. Even here. I have always projected and believed that I thought I didn’t care what others thought. Turn out I do deep in the core under the strongest of barriers in my psyche behind mental walls and mazes is a little version of me asking “am I enough”

It is the core reason I seek to improve myself not just every year, but everyday be better than u was yesterday a little too strongly.
