Navigating Khan Stages: Discussion

Hey everyone!

I hope you’re all doing great! I have a quick question: I’ve completed Khan Stage 1 twice and switched to Emperor Black, where I’m currently on my second cycle. I alternate between Emperor Black and Khan Stage 1, and now I’m eager to finish Khan

Here’s my listening routine so far: I completed Khan Stage 1 for 21 days, took a 5-day break, and then moved on to Emperor Black for another 21 days. After that, I repeated Khan Stage 1 for another 21 days, followed by another 5-day rest. Currently, I’m listening to Emperor Black and will finish this cycle in a few days.

Is the reconciliation making me switch? Do I need to revisit Khan Stage 1, or can I jump straight to Khan Stage 2?

Thanks in advance for your insights! Can’t wait to hear your thoughts!

Edit: Thread startes as a question become a discussion thread. If it’s not allowed, mods can locked this

I would prefer to finish all Khan stages first then take on EB. You need to get the experienced with the subs first not just listening to it.

I understand that I need to continue Khan, but do I need to listen to stage 1 again.I listened to stage 1 on my previous cycle for the second time and now on emperor black.

After that, I repeated Khan Stage 1 for another 21 days, followed by another 5-day rest. Currently, I’m listening to Emperor Black and will finish this cycle in a few days.(All this done consecutively)

I began this routine around September 2024. So, should I go back and listen to Khan Stage 1 again, or am I ready to move on to Stage 2?

There is no ’ shoulds ’ . Listen to your intuition .

Go to Stage 2 whenever you feel ready. However, you may want to go back a few times to explore it more in-depth. I oscillate between Khan ST2 for reprogramming focus and Khan ST4 for regular cycles.

Yeah I saw somewhere in the official Khan thread that to just do stage 1,2,3 &4 in a row. Then re run the whole program again.

How was your experience in stage 2?

Stage 2 was challenging in the original Khan because it was a huge status and behavior adjustment. I use Khan as a multipurpose tool for productivity, muscle and strength development, and ascending in the professional sphere. It’s been interesting. Sometimes, the challenges aren’t necessarily done with malice, even if it seems as if the world is trying to whack you like a mole. With the increase in status, the external world often responds by expecting more. More everything. Including patience. @r.k

Hey I read your Khan log(Fantastic log, still reading). As I am new here(Started on September 2024) I didn’t know there was a old Khan.So right now you’re still on the old Khan or the new one?

I think just running running this sub+ my other goals sub for the next year over & over again will be best for me.Sub hopping is a disease for me.

I guess the new Khan may be a lil different. The url stays this “-build-an-empire-manifest-endless-wealth-become-the-alpha-male-have-unlimited-sex-subliminal”

The new one. The current version in the store now. Fundamentally, it has overlapping goals with previous additions, just expanded and updated with the latest features. Some say this version is a bit more intense than the previous one, although certain aspects are smoother. I still maintain that sometimes Khan shines through other subliminal products (e.g., Khan + Your other choice subliminal [Stark, Chosen, etc.]).

Personally, I try to stick to objective metrics instead of relying on my feel solely since that can be really misleading. For those objective metrics take into account what kind of subjective limitations you have that prevent you from fulfilling the objectives of the product that resonate with what you want to achieve the most.

Total Breakdown is all about working on overcoming those limitations, breaking them down, and once you see that you’ve started overcoming them with focus and determination, it’s time for Total Reprogramming.

I would start with listing those subjective limitations of yours and then figuring out ways of overcoming them. For example, if you’re not comfortable with approaching and talking to women, that’s for sure something you need to work on. Just by trying till you get comfortable with doing so.

Every subjective limitation keeps you in your current comfort zones and going beyond those comfort zones is the way to dissolve those limitations. All of that means taking action even though it causes psychological discomfort. With time that discomfort decreases till there’s the discomfort no more.

This framework applies to every subliminal program yet Total Breakdown is the essence of overcoming your subjective limitations, the essence of overcoming yourself which is always in progress, no matter what program you’re working with.

On Total Breakdown it can be really intense though. Unless you choose to stay passive which works as well. I don’t recommend that, however. Taking action is the very core of rapid and dramatic changes, and that’s why we’re here, using those excellent tools like Total Breakdown - another true masterpiece in our subliminal audio library.

I strongly strongly strongly feel you need to start stage 2 of Khan as soon as humanly possible.

It is Khan.

Stage 1 is the prep for Khan.

And stage 2 has a lot of healing as well, I recently asked support about this.

It’s great that you’ve already done Khan ST1, as prep, but, you don’t need to “over prep.”

And if you want to stay on ST2 for a while, you absolutely can. You can also alternate between ST2 and ST1 once you start ST2. It’s just essential that you start it, because it will really add “Khan” to your life in a way that ST1 doesn’t.

And ST1 will be more effective once you have ST2 scripting in your system… ST1 unblocks any blocks towards ST2… which means that TS1’s effectiveness is primarily the ability to help you integrate ST2.

I’m on ST2 right now and it’s life changing in ways that ST1 was not. Now that I’ve done two cycles of ST2, I’m starting to see areas I still am blocked, and am thinking about going back to ST1 for a cycle - but without ST2 I never would have known what to work on with stage 1.

Would you mind sharing your question and the answer from support if it’s not to personal?

I plan to start Stage 2 after a 5-day break, but I’m unsure if I need it since I’ve listened to Emperor Black for 13 days only. My last khan stage was from November 22 to December 13.

I’ve taken some action, but I feel it’s not enough as I work on quitting my vices. I’m considering not being stuck in any of Khan stages.I want to complete the program and re-running the program again from start.

My goal for 2025 is to repeatedly complete the program while taking consistent action.

Maybe you only need a 3 day break in that case

When I am listening to Khan, I was constantly reevaluating myself - like ‘How do it affect my current social interaction?’ 'Hows my business dealings? in doing so I can decide if I need to do another cycle.

I usually avoid people, I don’t stare at people’s eyes.

The 21 days are just a guide, you have to focus on what you experienced - this is your cue if you’re ready for the next stage, and this is not a race - most who done multiple loops and hurriedly finished the stages ended up with no-change.

In order to be a Khan you need to cross the river nobody dare to cross, don’t be like someone who just don an armor that doesn’t belongs to them.

It seems to me that you’re not clear on the goals and you would need to set them. What do you want to achieve? It cannot be just an empty sentence like I want x or y. You need to have a clear vision of the changes you want to see. For each sub you run it should be the case if you really want to make the most of them and the time you spent on your self-improvement working with those powerful tools.

This is what the official Khan thread says

“We strongly recommend that you do each stage in order, for at least 1 cycle (30 days)”

So I got to listen to 30 days?1 day on 1 day off?
Then how about the break?

“Once you have some experience and have finished the full 4 month process, you can go back and repeat the whole 4 stage process. Going back through the whole process will uncover new things, bring you to ever-new heights and uncover to you the subtler (note, subtler can often times be stronger and more profound!) intricacies of social dominance, power, confidence and who you are as an individual.”

I think following the Official instructions will be good.Stage1 again then.

My thanks to all who replied here.

If that’s the plan. I would do each stage for two to three cycles. Then go back to stage one or stay on stage 4

I’ll take it one day and one stage at a time, and I might start journaling offline. I plan to follow the tips from the creators of the subliminal.

Starting January 1, I’ll complete two full cycles plus half a cycle by end of 2025. In 2026, I’ll evaluate which stage needs more focus.

My goal for the upcoming year is to stick to the plan and hold myself accountable. Wishing everyone the best! Thanks for all your replies and tips.
