My Next Stack - EF + Khan

Hi everyone,

I’m planning on a new stack and looking for some opinions.

Basically my focus from now on will be on two main things: looking for a job (going to interviews and prepare for and do technical tests) while at the same time focus on building a very good body with lots of muscular mass and improving my CrossFit PR’s (Personal Records).

I already practice CrossFit for 2 years with proper technique, and my nutrition is a good one.

As a secondary goal, I like to spend some time approaching women at my new CrossFit box (I just registered on a new one), or being approached if possible. It’s important for me to find a new girlfriend, but work and fitness come first.

I think running EF is mandatory for the body and CrossFit goals, and I was thinking about adding Khan for the career and relationship goals.

Even though I have never run Genesis and I would like to, first I need to put the basics of my life together, before spending some time trying to figure out my life purpose.

I also considered Emperor, but it contains modules to build your own business, and at the moment it’s also not wise to invest time on that. I think before running Emperor, I should run Genesis.

Emperor Black was another possibility, but by the description I got the impression that I would not open myself to be approached or to approach, because it talks about the user going into isolation/retreat mode.

Now the questions:

  1. What do you think of this stack?
  2. I posted questions specific about EF here Main Disc. Thread - Emperor Fitness ZP - #216 by SuperSaiyan and here Main Disc. Thread - Emperor Fitness ZP - #217 by SuperSaiyan to keep it more organized and so that the answers can be found and reused easily by other EF users.
  3. Questions specific to Khan were posted here Main Disc. Thread -- The New KHAN: Love and War (Now Available! Free upgrade!) - #1999 by SuperSaiyan for the reasons stated in the previous point.
  4. Since it looks I only need stage 3 of EF and it’s a title more expensive than usual, can I make a custom just with stage 3 blended with Khan at a lower price than buying the 2 titles?
  5. Using this stack, what would be the advantages or would it even make sense running EF SUPREME instead of EF?
  6. Stage 1 of Khan “destroys” the users and it looks like a demanding title for every stage, so is it too much for the brain to process by adding EF to the mix?

Thanks,
Super Saiyan

I’d say it’s to overambitious.

Khan is amongst the hardest titles in here. It says that you should prepare yourself for Khan by running a entry level like Ascension or Genesis for half a year, then a harder title like Emperor for another six months and then you could go for Khan.

[Edit: I was sure this was official recommendation, but it isn’t.]

I don’t know how you felt on Ascension at then end, but I wouldn’t run Khan as long as I’m not comfortable with Ascension.

Secondly you say you need to put the basics of your life together first before you can run Genesis.
Genesis is basically the sub for this task. It has purpose scripting to identify a field you want to work in, it has a lot of financial scripting, confidence, attraction, romance, charisma, drive, etc.

So basically anything you need to put your life together.

For EF, did you ever look into Spartan? It’s a single stage sub and probably the most used fitness subs in here.

Probably not. For a custom you need 10 modules (15$ each =150$) plus 100$ for the build and 30$ for the mask you know from main store titles. So you need to pay at least 250$ for a custom.

Plus, you can only use one stage of Khan in a custom, so you would need 4 customs or you’d need to buy Khan separately.

Customs aren’t an option to save money.

AFAIK, EF supreme contains the Beast subs for workout.
If you’re looking for that, get it.
If you’re wanting a very good sub for training in general, I’d go for Spartan instead.

I can’t tell how demanding EF is, but as long as you’re not comfortable with Ascension/Genesis I would not touch Khan.

I think @Saiyan4Blue had a very interesting thread on Khan. Despite being a very experienced user he described Khan 1 as a walk through hell (paraphrasing), IIRC.

To put it in a nutshell:

Run Genesis and Spartan.

It has all the basics to get your life together and get an incredible body.

Plus it’s cheaper than Khan or EF.

Also it’s a good preparation for a later Khan run.

would you please point out where it is said? I’ve been eyeing Khan for a while for my future plans. I’m currently running AM, was running Emperor for quite some time before but honestly I like AM much more.

Do you know this moments when claim something, being sure 100%, only finding out later that you remembered wrong?

I was sure this was on the product page. Mandela effect? Or perhaps this is just a warning here in the forum? Or it is just something someone adviced once, and I took it as official recommendation?

Still, even though it isn’t an official recommendation, I’d guess it would be my recommendation nevertheless.
Running some basic Alpha title first and depending on trauma perhaps some healing.
Not because Khan couldn’t do it, but to get a general understanding of how subs feel and work before starting the serious stuff.

And to prepare for a marathon, you’re running a marathon.

The problem will be to dismiss the urges about finding my life purpose, or about building my own business, as for now I would like to just get a job, as I’m happy with my career. That’s why I also didn’t consider Emperor. And for Emperor Black the explanation is on the first post.

If you don’t understand what I’m talking about when I talk about dismissing the urges, then read the following topics:

About Khan: it might be too demanding, you’re right, but imagine I run Genesis and I’m later on at work and in a relationship. At some stage I’ll have to run Khan, as I have lots of trauma to process, so the question is wouldn’t it then disrupt my life, forcing me to take lots of sick days and making me lose my job? Or loosing control of my emotions and make me loose my girlfriend?

So wouldn’t it be better to run Khan now that I’m not working and then go for a stable job and relationship?

I already bought EF Supreme as I’m a very demanding fitness person and I’m very experienced in fitness. I got too disruptive recon from stage 1, but I run it for 5 seconds, when I normally just run any title for 2 seconds.

Tomorrow I’ll run stage 3 for 2 seconds, as I don’t need stage 1 nor stage 2, as mentioned here: Main Disc. Thread - Emperor Fitness ZP - #223 by Uber_Elysium
