For some reason, some of the effects of my stack transfer to my girlfriend manifestation wise
We were at a gig recently and speaking to the security
My girlfriend asked if we could pay extra to be standing instead of seated
The security guard just gave us free wristbands as long as we didn’t tell anyone. So that was cool
I’ve been noticing this transference onto her alot more recently, so grateful for that
Anyway because of these “coincidences” my girlfriend has taken an interest in subliminals now

Reconcilliation
Was up last night reflecting on cringe moments from my past and how I could have hadnled them better
Impacted my sleep but obviously Regeneration and Lovebomb were bringing things to the surface
Its wild how you can be running your titles for a while getting clear results and then when recon hits your mind starts to fight tooth and nail into wanting you to change titles or stop running it
“Do you really need Regeneration anymore”
“Why not swap out for Love bomb for humanity or Summertime”
“Do you even need to heal anything else, you’re fine”
So, yeah
Whatever is getting prodded at it doesn’t like it

Still feeling the resistance of increasing Libra kicking up a storm
It’s settling but it’s the first time I’ve felt such a strong urge to switch cores on my custom
Interesting thing is, as I’m observing it in a detached way (thank you glm), I can feel something processing out of me
It’s like my demeanour is changing as I’m releasing something
Also on a side note something is causing me to take more notice of my body and spiritual energy
I think these are two areas I’ve neglected whilst I focus on the internal work
I’ve noticed my body could do with some fascia release with all the built up tension
And running WDB has made me aware of how powerful your sexual energy is

Should have paid more attention to the timing of when to take Alpha gpc
Was notaware it would effect sleep if I take it in the afternoon
And now I’ve had shitty sleep for the last few days 
Had to have a pep talk with Claude today, so I could understand what was going on in my cycle
Regeneration is no joke. It is still a Dragon Reborn title, so when it digs up something it goes into you deep
From reflecting on cringe moments to realising why certain thought patterns formed
I’ve been pulled pretty internally last few days. The shitty sleep hasn’t really helped either
The results are there
It’s just when you’re confronted with this stuff, it is very unpleasent and tries to convince you to stop
And you really need to discipline yourself to see it through
Resilience as well
Thing is I reflected on this
Even if I switched to something like Summertime or LBFH, there’ll still be recon that comes up on those titles
It will still be unpleasant like now
And it just turns into a perpetual chase of trying to move to the next title to solving your problems without actually seeing through the reconcilliation and solving them

Breakthrough
Noticing my old self and new self battling it out today as my thoughts are startting to change
Just noticed an overall shift in demeanour espescially when I interact with women
Strong eye contact, strong attraction
It’s always after the shitest recon you end up with the best results and breakthroughs
It’s just persistence
Kind of feels like for me my mind is pushed to an extreme level of pain that it has to look for an answer
Anyway amazing cycle
Steady results
And then when I’m ready for a push, i increase the loop length
It just feels so jarring how quickly you can change
It’s only been 36 days this cycle

Regeneration says split the workouts over the week and reduce the frequency to get more rest
The Aligner is saying to do some posture exercises and focus on that anterior pelvic tilt
Wanted Dream Boy is saying you should purchase that korean skin cream
etc.

Each time its a thing that is 1% closer to your goals
