Day 61

Dreams: I cannot remember any dreams from last night.

Feeling: Today, I felt kind of lazy and not doing much. But I actually got many things done, mainly due to me being put in situations to do them. I got the alarm for morning workout and ignored it to get some more sleep. I did some mandatory tasks after waking up, attended a skill test in the afternoon, sat for a deep work for 2 hour on a personal project in the evening, worked for 1:10 hours and then didn’t want to continue.

I will start stage 2 from tonight. Excited to see what happens.

Day 1

Sleep quality: Sleep was amazing last night. I also took almost two-hour-long sleep in the afternoon, which was great as well.

Dreams: Last night, and also during day sleep, I had some dreams, but I could remember one particular one clearly. In that dream, I was back in my high school days. Funny thing is a pornstar was also there in my class in the dream. In the dream, she was not a pornstar, just another student. We were close friends living in the same neighbourhood. I try to ask her out indirectly, she pretends she didn’t understand what I meant and brings another topic to the conversation, which actually is a polite way to reject without actually rejecting. The dream breaks there.

Feeling: Today was productive. I got many things done. The productivity was most after the afternoon sleep. I also felt a sense of joy and love throughout most of the day. I have started Stage 2 from last night. Can’t say much from one day of use, but I have a feeling it is going to be great.
I am starting Day count from 1 for every new stage, as I thought it would be easier for me to keep track. So today marks Day 1, after 61 days of Stage 1 run.

Workout: Worked out in the morning.

Meditation: Did not meditate.

Thanks for the recommendation brother. I will follow it in case of sleep problems again. Maybe even just 1 loop of each like last time.

Exactly what I’m implying as an option! You may be one of those who can listen while sleeping and be just fine. I could with pre-Q. Now with Q it just screws up my sleep.

Day 2

Dreams: I probably saw lots of different sequences in the morning, in the last 30 minutes before I woke up. But I could remember one clearly. In that dream, I saw a funny guy, who is also not model looking, is actually Iron Man. In a turbulent situation, he tries to become Iron Man, by calling his suit. But the villain creates obstacles so the suit cannot reach him. The dream breaks when his final, biggest attempt is about to be staged.

Feeling: Today was also productive. But I am looking for more, I actually need it. Tomorrow, I’ll try harder to get more things done.

Workout: Didn’t work out.

All loops were ultrasonic, listened to during sleep. Last night, I didn’t remember that my speaker was almost out of charge. It switched off at some point in the middle of the night.

Sleep quality: Sleep was great last night.

Dreams: I couldn’t remember any dreams from last night.

Feeling: I had a very ambitious to-do list for today, and couldn’t complete that list. But I am not regretting much (a little regret is there tbh), as I got done more than the last 2 days. I will get started tomorrow with an even more ambitious to-do list, and this time I will work harder to get everything ticked off.

Workout: Didn’t work out.

Meditation: 15-minute mindfulness session in the evening.

Day 4

Sleep quality: Sleep was great last night. I woke up filled with energy and excitement to tackle my goals for today.

Dreams: I couldn’t remember any dreams from last night.

Feeling: Today was greatly productive. I had a very ambitious to-do list for today, and couldn’t complete that list. But I am super proud of myself for completing what was completed. It was amazing. Tomorrow, I will have an equal to-do list and try my best to clear it all.
Also, stage 2 is actually gentle with me so far. I cannot pinpoint anything, but it’s like I am working on something unrelated, and suddenly I get a thought that questions a self-view of mine that I didn’t even notice I had before. And it is not making me depressed or something, it kind of puts a smile in my face. I can guess these are effects of stage 2 and not stage 1 because these are kind of ‘healing’ thoughts, like ‘it’s ok’, ‘you deserve it’ etc.

I’m glad to know you can listen while asleep and still have good quality sleep!

Dreams: I had a really cool dream. I thought to myself I will write it down after my workout session. But forgot to write, and later forgot the dream also.

Feeling: Today was greatly productive. I almost cleared my ambitious to-do list. But couldn’t complete it for 3 tasks, which had to be paused for technical issues. But I am really happy right now. Tomorrow I will set a similar-sized to-do list, and now I believe I can clear it all with ease.

Sleep quality: Sleep was kind of good last night. I had about 7 hours of sleep last night, and when I woke up, I was fully awake, but I still felt there was some more sleep to have slept.

Feeling: Today was not even half productive as last two days. I just didn’t feel like working on anything. Most of the day, I just sat there scrolling social media and viral news sites. I will not try to squeeze in some work for the rest of the day. Hopefully, I’ll have a good night’s sleep and start a great productive day tomorrow.

Feeling: Productivity suffered today as well. But today, it was mainly because some stuff was delayed, so I didn’t have much to do anyway. I could have worked on my side hustle instead, but didn’t. Now that was something to regret. There is a good chance of not having much work tomorrow as well, in that case, I’ll focus on my side hustle.

Feeling: Today was greatly productive. A few hours after I woke up, the issue delaying my work was solved and I got to work immediately. Got many of the tasks done. I will create a new ambitious to-do list for tomorrow and get to it right after waking up. Also planning to create a daily work plan with a set time aside for my side hustle, as I am slacking behind on that sector. Will get to it on the weekend.

About stage 2, last night I was feeling bad out of nowhere as some old emotions came up. (this was while the subliminal was playing). Also today, I felt intense emotions, like almost crying, while reading someone’s sad life story (not related to any of my life events). At that moment I thought maybe I need to cry sometimes, as I actually forgot when I last cried. Later when I thought about it, I thought I have nothing in my life to cry about right now, and I certainly wouldn’t want to manifest anything for it now.

Workout: Didn’t workout.

Meditation: Didn’t meditate.

Sounds like you handled the crying just fine. I would ask you to think about reducing your loops if your emotions start to get overwhelming.

Remember you can always do something like:

Hey man. Thanks for the suggestion. I will be having a full rest day, zero loops for about 40 hours starting tomorrow morning, as I’ll go to visit some family members. Hopefully, it will give my mind some boosts and external good vibes.

Feeling: Today was nicely productive. I was super productive in the morning, got a lot of things done. But after lunch I kind of slacked off. Didn’t take a nap. Later in the evening the productivity came back for 2 hours, then my mind started to wonder and I just felt like scrolling social media.

This is a long rest day. :grin: I’d encourage you to keep the journal going during your rest day and notice what happens.

Day 12

I am back home after my visit. During this time, I listened to no subliminal. So it has been a long rest for my subconscious. From tonight, I’ll be back with my usual listening pattern.

Day 13

Sleep quality: Sleep was good last night. I woke up 2 hours early than usual time in the morning, and I was full of energy (usually when I wake up early, I feel like going back to sleep, not today).

Dreams: Couldn’t remember any dreams.

Feeling: I started the day with great energy and the start of the day was greatly productive. But I didn’t have a plan to tasks, so the high energy time wasn’t used in important tasks. Later the day I was completely out of energy. Took a nap and even after I woke up I felt like doing nothing. Later in the evening, I forced myself to work on my side project for 2 hours. Although it wasn’t as productive as I wanted it to be, I sat down for 2 hours, working, without any outside distraction. So it felt nice.
I am still feeling slacked off and will go to bed soon. I know I need to make a to-do list for tomorrow, but I am not in the mood. Will create the list first thing tomorrow.
