I’m a huge fan of Rebirth btw @Brandon thats a great choice to include it. I find it to be one of the most powerful subs for healing on here that doesn’t overpower but rather enhances your stack
One of the things I did was making my custom and upgrading it to add Khan and Pride Unbroken for sure. It got me to get over what was happening and detach which is great freaking feeling. Adding Alchemist and Rebirth is definitely helping too.
Like I said, watching YouTube videos and meditation are helping me too. Meditation is helping me focus on what I want and keep me sure of what I’m receiving in my life. I have to x2 videos because my engagement goes down otherwise but LOTS of research on the topics in life that I was struggling with has helped. That was the action for my emotional stuff.
Physical wise was heartbreak, that helped kick start my motivation for getting into my nutrition and workouts again. I took the chance, even though I didn’t want to, and just started. This is my third week working out again and I feel great. May need to change up my current workout routine but I feel good, and that’s the main thing.
Thanks man! I want to build muscle because I’m lean and have been lean in the past and always focused on cutting but I need to focus on building muscle, not bulking or cutting but just enjoying life and getting enough protein in. I make healthier swaps. I don’t really drink soda unless I do buy something like McDonalds as I’ll have a coke. I hate water but I’ll drink flavoured versions so I’m cutting calories out there. I love drinking flavoured water and have to have it now.
We have meal deals here from a shop called Tesco where I’ll get a sandwich or pasta which has some protein and then fruit and a sports drink so even if it’s unhealthy I’m not drinking/eating as many calories and I’m having some kinds of better fuel than what I’d eat before which were chips (crisps for us UK guys), coke and a shitty sandwich which had no nutritional value.
This has helped a lot. Enjoying things still but healthier, or just better, swaps.

I’m raising my vibration, as that’s what it’s all about and I’m just so glad it’s clicked. Action is definitely the way forward but I’m glad you can feel the vibration raise and that it has helped you too!
I bought it as a birthday present for my ex as we’re still friends and I want him to change his life like I am, which he does want to but having a hard time, and it’s definitely helping me for sure. I just know it’s processing. It’s great to know I can use the Ultima every day too and it’s still a booster. Educating myself on that has helped. I was using it every day with my stack and having a day off but nope that wasn’t working as well.

I used to masturbate A LOT and on a daily basis. Ever since I added this to my upgrade I’ve barely done it and my energy has gone to other things, it has kept me creative and whatever else. I used to watch the video between me and that guy A LOT and I’ve watched it maybe twice? I may have masturbated about 4 times in total but I’m not really even thinking about doing it. Tonight I had a slight thought about it but just something told me not to and I haven’t.
I thought this may be an interesting for some people who may have interest in this module like @mecharc - hopefully this helps.

@Brandon this is my theory why rebirth works so well. In the post I’m talking in the context of KhanST1 but honestly it could apply to stacking with any subs.
The TL;DR is that Rebirth releases you from your past patterns and opens you up to be more susceptible to the positive changes induced by your sub stack

I love it and agree man! That’s what I need, a release from past patterns and to be honest I think both Alchemist and Rebirth have given me the start on the release with all the self-educating I’m doing. I need to link the ‘Don’t be humble’ video because I feel like it could really help people on here. I was definitely guided to that for sure by the subs.

Just so you guys are aware, I won’t be going in depth with my Alchemist journey here. I’ll be writing a few things but I’ll mainly be writing in my journal on the Alchemist forum as I’d like to go in depth there and keep some stuff away from prying eyes however if anyone wants information in regards to my journey that aren’t in that forum feel free to hit me up.
Hm I am not interested in pursuing Alchemist or Sage Immortal currently, but I am curious about reading your journey and that might be worth enough to buy Sage just to get access haha.

But my Alchemist journey will involve Sage Immortal.
I’ll be using Sage Immortal as a fifth stage as I spoke to Simon and Malkuth about it and we all agreed it would be better to be used as a fifth stage. With that said it can definitely be used without Alchemist.
I used SGU and it was fucking amazing man. Gave me such a calmness, I was so chill and I just knew everything was going to be okay. I’m working on manifesting at the moment and it gave me a trust in the Universe that my manifestation is working and I’m on the right path.
I saw a bunch of Angel Numbers and all sorts too, to help me keep connected for my own personal beliefs.
It gave me this after just one loop too.
I used SGU before I bought Alchemist, which is probably why I got the latter as I feel it made me see I needed to start from the beginning and that Alchemist stages resonated with me more than SG does right now as I’m at the beginning of my journey.
I don’t know if you’ve ever smoked weed, I have once, but it gave me that same chill effect and gives me inner knowing that I’ll be good. So chill, knowing there’s more out there and a belief in myself, my abilities and my magic.

100% man! Rebirth paired with a healing subliminal is truly powerful stuff. I’m starting to run it as a booster on my off days at nights before bed to sort of “prime” my brain for the subliminal suggestions on the following listening day. I feel like this could be a really powerful way of using this sub.

I use Rebirth every day. I used to run Ultimas on my listening on days but I’m using it on my off days too.

That’s awesome man! I’m excited to see how that helps with your current stack. I’ve personally committed to running Rebirth more often in my stack to see how it helps with results / improving reconciliation. I have a feeling it helps significantly with integration of the scripting.
Well so far I feel it has given me a Rebirth. It does keep pulling up old stuff but that’s okay.
I also feel like it’s enhancing my no bullshit approach, which is fantastic.

Let me just say, Alchemist, even Stage 1 alone, is a fucking beast of a program.
Can’t believe I didn’t choose this sub before.
Very quick, hopefully, review of The Alchemist program.
I’ve been using the program less than a week. 6 days in fact (todays my first rest day) - Funnily enough it guided me to use The Advanced Listening Pattern and I’ve had no ill effects so far. I’m also using my customs on those days too as well as Rebirth.
In my own words, I think because I may have stolen this from someone else , the program is like a Spiritual Sanguine which affects every part of your life, but gives you way more than Sanguine does alone. That’s not to say Sanguine isn’t a great program because it is and I definitely recommend but The Alchemist is on another freakin’ level.
The program has been guiding me ALL week since I used it on last Sunday.
I’ve always believed in a higher power, I’ve been reading about the Law of Attraction since The Secret came out and an X-Factor UK contestant was in an article about using it for the competition, which is how I heard about it.
Ever since then my journey into using it came about. I used to struggle with manifestation - I say used to because it’s my personal belief now that we manifest everything, whether it’s good or bad.
Stage 1 of Alchemist has been showing me that and has been guiding me to what I need AND want to know. Boy, the amount of education I’ve been shown this week in regards to Magick, Lucid Dreaming, Astral Projection, Manifestation, etc has been BEYOND what I thought I could do - a massive thank you to everyone on this forum for giving me information and helping my research. I’ve been given so much and truly have been guided to some incredible information.
I’ve been meditating recently and it’s a game changer for sure. I just know I’m on the right path now and that my life is changing quicker than I could ever think.
My energy is changing and so is my life. I can feel Stage 1 doing exactly what it says it does on the tin, let me give you an example (I’ve actually just read the Stage 1 description and realised that all of this is coming into fruition less than a week of using the program):

I’ve also already said that people on here have been helping me on my way and I just know I’m levelling up. But not just people on here, but also people via YouTube, Reddit and just information in general has shown up that I had never thought of.
I’m taking action to utilise the information by pushing myself to learn, by meditating, by working on my manifestation, by REALISING that I have the power to change my life AND my energy.
God, this program is my favourite program. Honestly.
