I want to make a custom Foosued around a few linked goals

1. Getting RID of PMO habit
2. Tackle Hairloss
3. Rewire Brain from Porn
4. Heal the sexual system of my body that has been abused with porn.

I might be wrong, but for what I remember Fire recomended a maximum of 3 SPS modules in a custom, otherwise it will be too energetically taxing.
Cant remember where that was discussed, surely @Meng123 can help with that.

The more modules you have, the more spread out the healing will be. There is also the possibility of increased tiredness.

Some of our testers felt great and had great results using a large number of APS/SPS modules, some only had very specific issues they wanted to target and did so with incredible success. I personally wouldn’t go over 3-4 areas/systems at a time… however, we always say - feel free to experiment, especially if you understand the dichotomy of wider/narrower results.

Just keep in mind the healing tiredness can be quite strong.

if you can write a journal! i would love to follow

my custom will be focused on health and overall holestic approach similar to yours but with mostly sps and aps models and paragon, maybe another core too but im not so sure

but yours is looking very good!

If you already have Paragon Ultima you could use it as a stack with your custom, that would be my choice. Otherwise leave SM out and Paragon in.

From what I remember about your journal PMO was an issue for you. My guess is that if you get that tamed, other things will be easier.

That is true! It is also absolutely necessary that I start taking care of my hair right now, because my hair is worseing everyday and I have a big life event coming up (The custom is mainly in prep for that).
