Body fat is not a burden; it’s a resource to be used.
Most people don’t think of it this way and that’s a problem.
It’s just one more example of getting thrown off by our own heuristics.
In essence, we associate the value of eating and food with the experience of tasting and swallowing. Those are sensorily-mediated shortcuts.
Here’s how you could cure all obesity in one move:
Make the metabolisation of energy feel sensorily as good as or better than the act of eating. That would completely change the way people relate to their stored fat. Right now people relate to stored fat as ‘weight’ that they’re ‘carrying around’. That’s the conventional way of describing it.
It’s not weight; it’s meals.
See the fact that your stored body fat is actually portable stored meals that you can eat whenever you need more food.
The one thing that’s missing is for that alternate, internal form of “eating” to feel as good as the usual external form of eating.
If it could feel just as good, the problem would be solved.
“What should I eat for my next meal?”
“Oh, I think for my next meal, I’ll eat some of my internal energy stores!”
People refer to this as ‘fasting’. It’s not fasting. It’s internal eating.

I got feedback from someone that seems to be related to Mercy Protocol.
We had a consultation meeting yesterday afternoon. The person discussed a problem/issue in which they were providing support to someone else. Things seemed to have reached an impasse and there was a sense of some frustration and uncertainty.
We talked about the situation together. My process in the conversation was intuitive and empathetic.
Today early in the morning I received a text from the person sharing that due to our interaction the person was able to make a shift and release some negative emotions. I felt very grateful for that.
Anyway, it seems good to save this here since it’s related to results.
My results have a tendency to sneak up on me.
For the most part, I like it that way.
Okay. This is somewhat strange.
When I woke up and checked the phone today, I saw that I’d received another appreciation message from a different person. This was someone I worked with 3 or 4 years ago. She was telling me about how her life has developed since that time, and how the project on which I supported her has now become a valued and important part of her main work direction.
These are clearly some form of manifestation.
Feels almost like a sort of Bloom effect. Interesting because I’m now on my 5th week of washing out. Then again, my programs are all Terminus2 and who knows how those work? haha.

The greatest journey in this life is the journey of consciousness unfolding.
Body fat to me is money in the bank.
It’s the physical equivalent of financial assets. But these assets are meant to be utilized and reinvested. If they are properly and promptly reinvested then they invigorate your portfolio. If not, they depreciate and can even become burdensome liabiilities.
Body fat is a resource.
TO BE USED
People need to know this.
If we could update our view, people with abundant body fat would feel LUCKY. And then they would go to use that internal resource they have.
It’s not ‘fasting’. It’s not ‘deprivation’.
It’s coasting off the strength of stored resources.
You’re actually doing well when you’ve stored fat.
Now, just move to the next step.
Use it.
Switch from External Eating to Internal Eating.
One of the keys to doing so is to drink water and take appropriate vitamins.
There are probably numerous food sources that are also compatible with Internal Eating. These are more like Helper Foods or Adjunct Foods. They minimally interfere with drawing on your internal resources; but they provide helpful materials to catalyze beneficial metabolic processes. Until you figure out your appropriate helper foods for Internal Eating, you can just use liquid-soluble multivitamins and water.
Just had the most hilarious and terrifying thought:
What if you were called on at the end of each week to report to some Cosmic authority on what you had done or thought that justified your continued existence?
“Uhh…I criticized a bunch of other people.”
“Uhh…I thought some stuff.” “Okay what did you think about?” “uhhh…The pointlessness of existence?”
“Watched some tv”
What if that is actually true, but on an energetic level, like a karmic accountant or receptionist? He or she must be so stressed and overworked
As far as how I’ve seen things working, I’d guess that Nature most likely tasks a part of your own mind to handle that.
Over the hump with heavy workload and deadlines. Still some final tasks, but the worst is over.
Haven’t been to the gym in almost 2 weeks. Whenever the last time I posted was. Going for a run now.
Instead of advancing to the next run, I’ll recap the previous one. Here we go.

4.72 miles in 45 minutes.
By the last 10 minutes, I felt more tired. So I’m grateful that I was able to do it.
I’ll probably rest two days, then on Sunday, I’ll do the next run: approx. 5.3 miles.
We’ll see.
Strive to create a life from which you do not need a vacation;
then when you travel it can be for enjoyment and exploration, rather than escape.
Taking a bit longer to eat these days. Just playing with the hunger and eating window a little bit. Kind of cool because I’d like to stimulate my insulin sensitivity.
My old blender seems to have broken. But once I replace it, I’ll be back to my morning smoothies again.
But for these few days, I’m basically having water until about 2 or 3 pm.
How much juicing do you do, and if so, which juicers do you use?
I’ve got my plant milks, my various adaptogens (a revolving repertoire of goodness), a banana for flavor. Maybe some coconut oil for that healthy fat.
Basically, I’ve got about 15 to 20 ingredients and I’ll just pick from among them and throw them into the blender on any given morning when I have time.
I don’t actually use a juicer; just a garden-variety blender.

I got a Champion juicer.
I’ve got a blender that is taking me forever and a day to wreck it.
I’ve considered getting a Tribest juicer because it would do better at juicing leaves than the Champion.
I got about 20 supplements I use. I make my own tinctures.
On those days I’d rather drink my vegetables than eat them, the juicer is there.
