I saw a post from SaintSovereign somewhere recently, saying that @Fire felt like he didn’t want Ascended Mogul to be just a synthesis of Ascension and Mogul.
I might be mis-quoting as my memory isn’t the best lol.

On the one hand, my immediate reaction to this was “well… why not?” lol.

The original script for Ascended Mogul points out that the whole Alpha-male status thing and wealth are very linked in today’s world. And both have been great titles, and so synthesising them together seems like a great ‘best of all worlds’ solution.
Which makes me think, well, why would you want to change that?
Two great titles for faster/focused individual use, or one title that combines both, but still comparatively fast-acting and easy to implement for both beginners and more advanced users.

On the other hand, I can’t begin to express how much I admire Fire’s subs. I’ve found myself many times blown away by how carefully thought-out they are, how synergistic, how effective.

So if @Fire has a new vision for Ascended Mogul, I for one am happy to put up the ‘genius at work’ sign and let him crack on with it :rofl:

The staged approach has really grown on me since Genesis Ascension and Heartsong

I’ve seen how it allows for the titles to be focused on what the individual needs and wants

It just allows such flexibility really

I’d say that something similar for this where the first stage is similar to the stabilizer and allows the foundation to be built

With second building on top of that

How the topics it will cover that will differentiate it from Genesis Mogul and Genesis Ascension I haven’t thought of yet

As all wealth titles seem to heavily draw inspiration from Entrepreneurship, I do think having a job/career focus would be great for ascended mogul

On the topic of Stabilizer and job focus, I think it’d be interesting to see a title that’s focused on being sort of hyper-competent at work.

They get shit done, they solve problems, they have a strong attention to detail, and they make it all look easy. Everything just runs smoother and more efficiently when they’re around.

Because this would be, I think, very versatile: someone who’s looking for their first job could use it, someone who’s just starting in a new position could use it, someone who’s trying to work up the ranks to a high position could use it. And it could even be the type of person who gets brought in to better run a failing company. Or a business owner who has suffered some setbacks and is trying to shore up their foundations.

And it would incorporate a lot of fundamental skills: learning new roles, calmness under pressure, finding solutions, avoiding imposter syndrome, earning trust, predicting issues before they happen, dopamine management.

But it wouldn’t need a lot of direct alpha, wealth, etc. stuff. It’s less about directly negotiating for a position or promotion or raise and more about creating the leverage for it through sheer competency.

The Jobseeker module is for getting hired, right?

I think that could be useful as an aspect of it, but I mention Stabilizer because part of the inspiration is the tendency, which myself and others have reported, where it gives you a strong sense of being present and a feeling of subtle satisfaction, even when doing very mundane, “boring” tasks.

And with this, alongside something like Stabilizer’s focus on “leaks”, you end up kind of proactively looking for things to do, which I think could apply very well to the workplace.

There was another recent post, in the Heartsong thread, that stood out to me:

I think if you combine these two points and apply them to work, as well as adding some scripting for stuff like skill acquisition, problem solving, productivity, etc., this would create something that’s really valuable and applicable to all kinds of different jobs and positions.

“I’m good at my work, I care about my work, I enjoy my work”. And this would naturally create a feedback loop.

Now, whether the SC guys would want that to be a standalone sub, a Stage 1, and what they want to name it, that’s obviously up to them.

Title that is coming out next year. Saint mentioned that it will likely have two stages. One stage for manifest a job and the second stage for excelling and getting promoted in the job so basically similar to what you mentioned.

Ohhhh, nice, yeah, that makes sense then. I didn’t even realize your post said Genesis Mogul, I read it as Ascended Mogul :joy: Thanks for the info.

I think these ideas are more suitable in upcoming AM, but please consider it for jobseeker title for long-term career vision.

The important skill to develop in any career are:

  • Thinking big: one cannot be at junior/middle level forever, there is ambition script to aim at leader, PM positions. But of course with Chosen flavour, do not use competition, argument as tool to climb up.
  • Higher order thinking pyramid bloom’s taxonomy where evaluating and creating more or new values for company is important. Evaluation and creation of higher order thinking emphasis the understanding how many systems (modules) relates (think of New Beyond Limitless), then adjust and utilize them to create added or new values for companies. This skill give you tremendous advantage over others where you can quickly grasp the whole picture of any business domains and systems, then come up with solution from a topdown, overall view, rather than too details which can cause losing in doing too much.
  • The next valuable skill is the ability to find correct people with skills and delegate the tasks to team members to achieve tasks and objectives.

@SaintSovereign @Fire whats the general idea and vision with the new Ascended Mogul?

I see a lot of people posting their ideas in here that look exactly like what Genesis Mogul: Jobseeker would be so would be good to get some understanding on it.

Like is it a foundation sub for alpha and career or business or what is it? The idea thread made me super confused on what Ascended Mogul would be. It sounds like a career but that’s not what it’s supposed to be? (I guess like what would be the difference between it and Genesis Mogul: Jobseeker - I know a lot of this I’m just getting confused with what people are saying in the idea thread and this may not even be part of the actually vision and sub you guys are making but I’m curious).

Also please check the feedback I sent via PM. It’s for a different convo but now that I think of it maybe it’s relevant for the new Ascended Mogul too.

Which is why I’m asking what would the difference be between Ascended Mogul and Genesis Mogul: Jobseeker.

I guess the only thing I can think of is Genesis Mogul: Jobseeker wouldn’t have this compared to Ascended Mogul but I could be wrong:"

First big difference imo; Ascension part brings status, confidence, personal power, leadership, alpha male/woman etc.

Second one; jobseeker fist stage is completely for getting the best job & second stage is thriving in your job… While ascended mogul help you thrive in any wealth related setup like business owner, entrepreneurship, career etc. (so covers larger area).

Might need see the new full title descriptions before all the differentiating objectives can be listed though since there’s no certainty what both titles will be like in their final form.

In my past uses of Ascended Mogul, I found that the romance parts of the sub not great for me. Maybe I had to take more action on that. The wealth and alpha parts were good for me. Maybe a small boost for the romance elements.

I’ve been thinking about ascended Mogul for a long time and nothing really came to me in terms of a clear vision or direction that wasn’t simply just a collection of features relating to status and money. Boring.

Eventually started realizing that the critical juncture between ascendent Mogul and other products is the relationship it has to time

When you start to look at each wealth subliminal in its relationship to time, they become very interesting. To see the full picture you can combine time with emotion to largely understand what a subliminal is about in two words.

C&C: 30+ Years & Certainty
EOG: 5-10+ Years & Joy
Emperor: 3+ Years & An infinitely high locus of control
stark Black: 3+ Years & Calculated Fame
Nouveau Rich: 3+ Years & Infinite Possibility

Not that those are exactly accurate when it comes to the experience of running the title… it’s simply a heuristic of what the sales pages suggest.

So what could Ascended Mogul be? Ascended Mogul could be the subliminal meant to increase your status via wealth NOW.

Even Genesis: Mogul has a longer time horizon than my ascended mogul proposal, as GM is about finding your financial purpose, while Ascended Mpgul could be more closely related to increasing status via wealth, specifically.

That means you get the job that increases the effectively quality of your lifestyle, NOW. Doesn’t always mean more pay, sometimes it’s a raise for the same pay with less work. Or higher status and career potential in the same role. Or you switch to getting paid 10k/yr less but work remotely in Mexico and save 3k/mo, and utilize that money to contribute heavily to investments so you’re set up for the rest of your life.

By condensing the time horizon to the immediate term, you start to look at the ways you can improve your financial life now. That means budgeting, spending, lifestyle decisions are a priority. Frugality as art, how can you live cheaper and more luxuriously at the same time. Instead of going out, can you learn to cook & host fine dining dinner parties for your friends? Instead of planning a business that’ll be successful in 3-5 years but cost you time and money now, can you start immediately selling goods and services that will make you more money today. Can you make your girlfriend cheaper to take out on a date in a way that makes her feel like you put way more thought into it? Can you partner with someone who will pay you immediately? Can you start thinking about how to start saving money NOW and investing it even though you’ve never invested a consistent amount of money into ETF’s etc every month?

As the foundational title this is what’s needed for people who want to improve their financial situation. From experience I can tell you starting a business with some stability and capital is WAY FREAKING BETTER than starting a business in debt as your only way out of debt….

ST1 of Ascedned Mogul could be like this but more personal-financial in nature, and ST2 could be the status/opportunities etc.
