[FREE UPGRADE] The NEW Genesis: Ascension (Now Available! Custom Cores Available!)

Yea, I’m taking it back – but yes. I’m running it now and was looking to see if anyone else had noticed. Verbal fluency has increased as well, but I question if that’s Attuned.

Back on the stabilizer, probably until the end of the year. Went over to Crown and Capital, still amazing, still not ready.

Let’s a go.

Yeah, pretty much what I felt. Didn’t feel smarter, just felt like less of a dumbass. Handling more little things opened the space to think about things from outside endless fight or flight.

Also, along the same lines, the ability to expand my timeline from a place of genuinely understanding that what I want can take a 2 months or 2 years, and that it’s not so much luck, just more so me appreciating things can both: happen over night, and happen all at once.

Both states were always true, it’s just I used to swing between one and the other.

It must be now.

Or it’s gonna take some arbitrary 10k hours.

Maybe just, expanding the horizon of how life actually works without needing to polarize to one extreme for psychological comfort.

Same- rotated from the executive to stabilizer, and it’s not as much of a cognitive and productivity booster directly,

However the cognitive benefits of having my life more in order, less stress, better sleep, and not going out/less drinking seem to be sufficient.

@SaintSovereign not sure if you’ve been running it since the beginning of October but from talking to you on the forum and by PM I notice you’re a lot more composed, compassionate and empathetic (you already always we’re but now it’s on a next level). I truly appreciated this month is how willing you we’re to hear me out but as well others on their opinions and feedback even if others may not agree with it. In a way you reminded me of what a top class spiritual teacher would be like.

You we’re already amazing before but I truly had a next level of appreciation and respect for you as a person and everything you did this month since we talked so whatever you’re doing it’s working.

I guess this would be a good time to share my experiences with Stabilizer:

The biggest and most immediate benefit for me was dopamine regulation. “Boring” tasks became subtly rewarding, and I became very present during them. For instance, noticing how the bristles feel on my gums while I brush my teeth, noticing the way light reflects on the bottom of my glass when drinking water (note: I tend to be lazy about drinking water), etc.

I usually hate trimming the hedges. It’s hot, I’m in full sun, and they’re big, so I have to move a step ladder around to get the tops and lean like halfway into the hedges to reach the back.

But the last time I did it, I just had my audiobook in my earphones, and I was focused on doing the task and doing it well. I wasn’t thinking “ah, this sucks… I can’t wait for this to be over… I’d rather be doing something else…”

Now, as context, I should point out that I’ve been working on establishing good habits, reducing cheap stimulation, etc. for a while. Meaning Stabilizer had somewhat fertile ground to work from. But again, the dopamine effects were really apparent for me from the beginning.

It also started to help me shift my view. Previously, I’d kind of looked at it as “every habit or task or responsibility I add to my daily routine is just ‘another thing I have to do’”. They were useful – but a burden. And I still do fall into that sometimes. But I started to think of it more as “this stuff is super easy and clears my mind, makes my day better, makes my life better”. They feel more like a benefit than a burden; they give more than they require.

And while I’d agree that Stabilizer lacks a sort of pure, external drive, to me it has a subtle, steady push to get a little better and more put together each day. I personally view it as a “habit formation” title and a momentum title.

It’s not “I’m going to start a business/study/get ripped” in a flurry of activity. It’s “I’m going to study every day, for x hours, at x o’clock”. And then after a month, I’m going to study x+1 hours. Or I’m going to add another task after x task.

Again, I’ve been working on habits for a while, but on Stabilizer, it just feels more steady: like a consistent, slow forward motion, without as much backsliding or “two steps forward, one step back” kind of movements.

For instance, I organized my closet. Then a while later (like weeks), I organized my room. Then a while later, I organized my desk drawers. Then my bookshelves. Now my dresser.

So, I kind of naturally went from small space → bigger space → detailed space. There was an expansion and then a refinement.

And now my space has been organized for months, with the other effect I’ve noticed with Stabilizer over time is I now start getting annoyed when things are out of place or not done. This is coming from someone who’s always been kind of disorganized.

My clothes aren’t folded the specific way I want them and I’m like “aww helllll nah” :joy:

By the way, I’d add that I actually used Executive for a bit before Stabilizer. And I think some stuff from Executive was probably partially brought out by Stabilizer. But I didn’t actually get that much from Executive when I used it. I just didn’t have the right foundation yet.

Which makes sense: you’re trying to be 24/7 sigma grindset, meanwhile you can’t even get yourself to floss.

As for the flip side of Stabilizer, I’ve noticed:

  • I start to lose (temporarily) the Stabilizer effects if I hit heavy/shaky processing
  • Getting stuff done makes me feel better; but if I don’t do stuff I have to do, it negatively affects my mood (that’s one of the reasons I call it a “momentum” title)
  • There is an identity level to it

Regarding the last point, I remember thinking somewhat recently: “I see myself as disorganized… but my space has been organized for months and I immediately put stuff back into place the moment it gets out of place. I guess I’m organized now?”

But like a month ago, I bumped Stabilizer and GLM up to 15m and felt like I hit a sort of “breakthrough” where everything came together. But then like right after that suddenly I couldn’t fall asleep on time, which led to me snoozing my alarm in the morning, which threw off my schedule, and I was slightly tired during the day, which affected my mood and motivation, my sub processing felt worse, then I started doing other self-sabotage stuff.

This took me a couple weeks to straighten out completely, but in retrospect, I think it’s illustrative. The point of the “stable foundation” is not that nothing can every go wrong; it’s that the foundation is there to return to when things do go wrong.

“I overslept… okay, I’ll just do my stuff anyways, then work on fixing my sleep schedule tonight”. “I missed [the gym, my reading routine, my diet, etc.] today. I’ll pick it back up tomorrow.”

This is where long-term, lasting habits and identities are actually built.

Whereas I kind of fell into the trap of: “oh, crap, all the progress I’ve made is disappearing, the facade is crumbling”.

Which goes back to the whole purpose of the Ascension update. Cool, you “ascended”, you’re an CEO or whatever, but you can’t even wipe your own ass. And the moment something goes wrong, you’re just a guy with a shitty ass again.

Whereas with the proper foundation, even if things are shaky in one area, at least your boxers are clean, your space is in order, you’re not worried about some overdue bill, etc.

This also applies to “leaks”, on both a short-term and long-term level.

One of the things I started to think is: “if I notice this thing that needs to be done and it would take me literally like 5 minutes to do, why would I not just do it right this moment?” Putting it off gains nothing and often loses something.

Because it actually costs MORE effort and stress to put something off than to do it. This applies at every level. The longer you put off going to the dentist, the worse going to the dentist is going to be. The longer you put off paying down debt, the more money you’re going to pay. The longer you neglect your health, the more it’s going to take to fix.

Habits are like compounding interest: the longer you have them going, the more it adds up. And this applies to both positive and negative habits.

That’s why, while obviously people can do whatever they want, I’d say if you feel you “need” Stabilizer, use it for minimum 6 to 12 months. In the meantime, get the Atomic Habits audiobook and listen to that like 5+ times, applying and internalizing the concepts. And just slowly, steadily build positive habits. And slowly, steadily get everything in order. And address the things you’ve been avoiding. Day by day. Week by week. Month by month.

“Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.”

Actually building the habits takes time and repetition and consistency. But once you’ve established them, it makes everything else easier.

And eventually you’ll be able to proudly announce, to all who will hear, “I wipe my own ass!”

Second dedicated run of the stabilizer, feeling a bit different this time around.

Time off to process seemed to work. Feels like I’m getting deeper into the nuts and bolts of the title, having gotten through the surface layers.

Similar experience here.
Glad that stabilizer exists and it is not the shiny magic object that gets you all the attention of women, makes you an instant millionaire, makes you super smart and the most successful person in your company.

To me personally it reduces the desire to escape the necessary work. Cleaning up, doing household work and also work for work get more the focus. I just do it, give it the focus it deserves and look for the quality result and not the check of a box.

Like you said for yourself (and I wasn’t aware of it that much but it is true for me too), I also take the clothes that are not folded good, so I fold them again to have it nice.

Also finishing tasks gives me an inner calm and I’m looking forward to get rid of more unnecessary stuff (but also liking high quality stuff to replace things with)

I want to quickly add here:

Limitless executive in the past gave me motivation to start tasks but after a while I ran out of it.

I ran Emperor Executive but it didn’t help a lot.

Stabilizer seems to be what I needed.

Not additional motivation and importance on the tasks that needed to get done but removing the enjoyment of escaping those jobs.

Somehow it also destroyed other paths of enjoyment to escape. Gaming? Fun thing to do but it will leave me empty afterwards because it didn’t solve the issues in my life that cost processing power and drain my battery, they would still run in the background.

What are your favorite subs to combine it with stabilizer and what did you get out of it?

Saying no is easy now. People often just accept it, and I no longer feel the dread and anticipation of having to put myself on death ground just to hold a line.

I don’t see life as war anymore. Feels nice.

Right along side that, I also just don’t allow people like that anywhere near me anymore. No drama, just say no and walk.

How were your boundaries before? I’ve been a chronic people pleaser all my life, saying no can trigger the worst panic attacks in me. I would solve a lot of problems in my own life if I had the capability of saying no without feeling like I’m going to war every time.

Enforced with rage and survival instinct when pushed past the point of reason and followed by guilt and shame that would eat away at me

I think I’ll use the stabilizer until I can actually feel each feature firing. Currently I can feel:

Ledger

Debt Dissolution

The Kept House

Iron Rhythm

Fuel

Restorer

The Clock

The Inner Circle

The Seal

Unfinished Business

The Steady Hand

The Gap

Follow-Through

Dopamine Mismanagement

Administrative Neglect

The Patch

So, ironically, but understandably, all the features I ran this for are still missing. Which is pretty on the noise, I can feel all the things that I didn’t have active, persistent “problems” with.

On that note, adding the features like this actually enhances the experience, because I can literally just look though the list and be like “yeah, that’s active”. The way the older copies were written it made it easy to overthink and doubt your experience.

It’s fun to do or create something and have no idea how you actually did it or even how it works. Nice little reminder that the ego only thinks it understands and we are so much more.

Still good

This title is pushy, but man do you feel accomplished and relaxed when you sit down and handle what needs to be done. That feeling of success steamrolls, almost driving you to achieve more. Love it.

Is Ascension one of @Fire 's titles or collab between you 2? Was wondering about this lately.

Are you referring to stage 1 specifically in this feedback?

Just hit a 250lb trap bar dead lift twice. Thanks Stabilizer for helping me feel worthy of doing what my body could clearly already do without training. Lol
