there is a specific way to run multi stage subliminals. for example for khan they recommend you go through all stages in correct order back to back then you can repeat other stages. As stated earlier, I intent to run each stage thrice so i want to know if it running it in order 3 times is better (St1 then St2 repeated thrice in order) or running St1 three times then St 2 three times after that etc. Also I know the longer you use a particular subliminal the better the results, thus I also want to know if I do decide to run St2 would it disrupt the St1 momentum I got going right now?

It wont, stage 2 is scripted to run and have better results once you run stage 1. You can run stage 2 for 1 cycle and feel for yourself if you find stage 2 is better or going back to stage 1.

With Genesis: Ascension, there is no requirement to run it sequentially. You can run it in any order you want. However, as @BlissAdventurer stated, following the progression of Stage 1 and then Stage 2 has incredible benefits. They work synergistically.

I’m starting my Ascension custom on Monday.
My only doubt, my only wondering, is I put both St.1 and St.2 together. My mind’s tired now, but was it too much? I’m pairing it with a Phoenix/LB custom I ran for one cycle so far
I just wonder. I think it’s because I’m brain tired now, at the tail end of my Phoenix custom washout, so stuff’s still processing.
I paired them since St.1 was relatively quiet with it all working under the hood. But I needed more time with it, and I read where others had put both stages in a custom as well.
Anybody made an Ascension custom using both stages? How has it been?

I have one with both plus GLM. Only listened to it once and my instincts told me to go into washout. Not because of the custom but just in general. It was very nice, I felt incredibly disciplined, BS events didn’t really bother me. Work was really nice, I’m going to be switching departments soon and I was able to transfer for a day and the boss loved me! Haha she was texting my boss asking if I sing lol I got that deep kratos voice, she told me I do really good work and I should transfer to her department lol. Also a lot of her employees were telling her I do really good work, and that department is like 95% female. Haha to bad for them i dont shit where I eat lol
Feeling a lot more grounded and it’s getting me back into working out and fasting again. I was doing good a while ago but after doing about 6 weeks of 60-70hr work weeks of unloading trucks by hand, my willpower kinda tanked, but it’s slowly coming back and the new department I am going to is much less physically demanding so my body will thank me.
Also started considering nursing as a career path, or rad tech or nuclear medicine. Gonna give it some time before I pull the trigger on that though.
I like the custom, it’s here to stay for a good while.

Thanks @Uber_Elysium. While reading your reply, I realized I’m not alone. Lately, doing both Stabilizer and my Phoenix custom, I’ve become MUCH more focused on what was at hand. I shared in my journal yesterday how I’d returned to the work yard after a full day–and my mind was locked in–to finishing. I normally am looking for another worker to chat with, but not yesterday. I was just focused. Not rushing blindly. Just in control of myself.
It caught my attention since normally I try to accommodate anyone who wants to talk. I felt slightly self-centered for a minute…but even I wasn’t held up too long by that made-up BS.
That’s a subtle shift which I look forward to. I used Ascension way back in 2018, and that focus will ally with the feature of me not being owned by society’s screams and demands for compliance. That feature is, in fact, my strongest reason for choosing Ascension again. For me, that’s freedom.
2nd reason is the aura and the belief that, damn, I’m a competent and viral man. Ascension gave me some sweet memories.
