I cannot stress this enough – do not play with ZP Terminus or ZPT^2 unless you know what you’re doing. I don’t even have the courage to run power levels 4 and 5, though I have built prototypes – but that’s a conversation for another day.

The Zero Point Primer that’s included with all customs has all of the upgraded breakthrough technologies – our new anti-recon tech, the secret tech we developed to start generating immediate results (if you want to try this out now, give Ascension Chamber, Emperor Fitness, Quantum Limitless, etc. a try), and some other goodies. It’s by far the smoothest, easiest to run version of Zero Point yet.

Since this is the end of the preview, will the major ZP titles also updated with these new smooth techniques?

I assume only the multi stage titles have been updated yet to the latest ZP Primer? when will the older ZP titles be updated?

will your suggestion to listen to 5/7min to the 15min still be valid with the new Primer for people who easily overload and added to the official listening guidelines or will this no longer be necessary?

Am not at all surprised that SaintSovereign and Fire are bringing us ZP Customs sooner than expected. Even before SaintSovereign asked for ZP Custom testers, I did think that it would be possible to modify a few things in the Q Store to avoid total rewrites.

Am sure it was a Herculean task nevertheless so kudos and thank you, @SaintSovereign and @Fire. I do have a question.

The minimum number of modules is 10. In the past, we’ve allowed people to make customs that were less than 10 modules and more than 20 as long as the integrity check passed. With Zero Point customs, we have to be much more strict about adhering to those guidelines. Too little modules and you’ll get really bad recon (because you’re getting hit with the same scripting over and over without any diversity). Too many modules and you’ll get really bad recon due to the high amount of scripting. Twenty modules seems to be the sweet spot

Does this mean that with ZP customs, having 20 modules is better than having 10 modules since 20 is said to be the sweet spot?

And oh yeah one more question. Are the healing modules still relevant?

Yes, for now. You can run certain programs as a 4th, one time a week, like Ascension Chamber.

I didn’t convey my point well — I meant that once you go over 20 modules, you see a huge increase of recon, like exponential. Same with too few modules.

Think of it like this: when you’re running a major title, you’re getting some “broad” scripting that may not affect you that much, but it balances out the mental load because you aren’t getting hit with JUST scripting that’s important to you. If you made a custom with just three modules — all anti-porn, for example, because our hypothetical customer has been addicted since 13 — you’re also going to get some absurd recon because it’s just that scripting over and over.

So, you have to balance it out, or risk internal imbalance.
