Express delivery, it was supposed to deliver Friday and it didnāt.
From what Iāve read in the past, itās now going to join the regular queue and Iāll receive a refund on the express delivery automatically, right?
Name Embedded Major Title Order #2030475 paid for Expedited delivery. Have not received.
This order is on hold because you put ALL four stages of HERO: The Light That Blinds into one custom, which is NOT RECOMMENDED. You shouldāve received an email to contact support, where you would have to give explicit permission to create this custom, and even then, ultimately this decision is at our discretion, which I donāt know if I will allow it. Even so, please contact support with this post, noting that you are authorizing the creation of a custom that may not work.
Iām looking into all the orders now. Thereās just a large backlog and it seems a batch was missed. Weāre on it.
Yes, that is what will occur. Youāll receive a refund on the express charge, but I expedited all of these from the past few days regardless. You should receive them today, or tomorrow night at the latest.

I did indeed receive it today, around an hour after I had listened to my stack for the day, just snuck in a 45s micro loop anyway tho

Order was place on hold and told to contact support. Opened a ticket September 28th but received no follow up.

I received follow up last week on my support ticket (#31814) and I provided the requested clarification in order to move forward however the order appears to be still on hold.
