If you only ordered the modules without building a custom then you won’t receive anything, they’re not stand-alone subs.

Not got mine either been past the 3-5 working days
It says “on hold” due to unlicensed modules. I don’t know what to do. I wrote to the support team, got a reply, wrote again, but haven’t received a response yet.
Q has been slammed due to WANTED customs, and we had to take a few machines off this past weekend for maintenance and upgrading. When you consider that business days do not include the weekends (sometimes, we’ll process them on the weekends anyway), the majority are only one or two days late.
Regardless, those machines are now online and running well. We are tearing through the backlog as we speak and I suspect that by the end of the day, all of the aforementioned customs will be delivered. I have checked each order number and confirmed that they are in today’s queue.
Much apologies for the inconvenience.
No mate its been over a week now. I did also drop a message to support.
