Can you PM me your ticket number, please. If it’s on hold due to unlicensed modules, you have to license the modules. If you’ve done that and submitted a ticket, I can get it in the queue for today or early tomorrow.

My question was exactly how it would be licensed. I’m sorry, I wanted to send a message earlier but couldn’t figure out how to do it.
You have to purchase the modules on the Q store, then submit the build. Add the modules to the cart, and then checkout. Once you’ve licensed the modules, you can use them in as many customs as you want without having to license them again. Let me know when that’s done and I’ll get everything taken care of ASAP.

Thank you for your reply. I just don’t know which modules I need to take. I only took Stark as the first module. I don’t know what the others are. If I knew, I would try to take them too
I’m a bit confused about what you’re asking? So, you had a custom that was placed on hold for unlicensed modules. That module was Stark and now you’ve paid for it?

I purchased Stark on August 26. My order number is listed above,
I saw a post somewhere saying that two cores are sufficient for maximum impact, so I only did it on Stark to avoid overcomplicating things and get better results. Maybe there are other modules I should get, but I don’t know what they are.

Correct me if wrong. Could it be you mistakenly ordered a custom, which required 10 modules minimum, instead of custom major titles, which can be made with just the major title/core without module?
Yea this link is the same as the first link of my post. This custom build requires 10 modules minimum. What you meant to use was the second link I provided, which only requires one core/major title with an optional module.

I am still confused. Are you trying to buy the name embedded major with just Stark, or a full custom with a minimum of 10 modules? If it’s the major, I can switch it over for you.

For custom [#2030392] I made a mistake here; this was supposed to contain New Physical Shifting Experience and I purchased it without it.
Is there any way New Physical Shifting Experience can be added to this custom?
Also, I can get a new custom (one version with NPSE and one without it) if you think there are use cases for one version without the New Physical Shifting Experience.
I asked support, and they said it would only enhance a sub like this.

I gotchu. We’ll add it. Physical shifting takes up a lot of energy, so you may want another without it. Since that’s the only difference, you should be able to seamlessly switch between the two without washout. That would be the best benefit for having two.
