I’d just ordered a new custom order: 2029851 and realized I forgot to order & add in “Executive Function Mastery”.

Would it be possible to cancel this order or amend it in any way? I would buy this module in either option, but I’m slapping my head that I missed adding this in.

I placed a custom order on June 6th, so the June 13th would have been the 5th business day and is still processing.
I have had a lot of orders in the past and they got delivered even in the 4th day. So I am wondering if it is any technical problem…

Also waiting on a custom. I ordered June 8th and my Q-Stores ‘Orders’ says that it’s still processing.

I came here to see if there were any announcements of the store being down or having technical difficulties.

Generally speaking, I’m used to customs arriving earlier than the 5 day period so I wouldn’t want anyone reading this, that’s not as experienced with ordering customs, to be dissuaded. They’re usually on top of things with it.

I ordered my custom on June 4th and received it June 12th, so 6 business days

If that trend holds, you guys should be receiving it today and tomorrow respectively

If it’s listed as processing, it’s just still in the queue. We’re a bit backlogged right now, but Q-Engineer is working overtime to push out customs. No later than tomorrow afternoon EST.
