Thank you for posting this. I think caffeine is simply a short term solution. I am guessing there are other systems in the body that are outside of the caffeine stimulation that might be unaffected by the caffeine. Plus there is that possible double crash you mentioned.

Well as I go to the gym 5 times a week, and wanted being on my gym days, I usually have my caffeine fix ready. But then again those days are the ones where you’d find me sleepy and wanting to sleep by 9:30-10pm
