Having Diamond and SM is not overkill, they compliment eachother very well (That has been properly tested). What might be considered overkill is PSIT and Libertine, since they added Libertines Aura to Iron Throne.

I am not hear to preach how much money people should spend on head phones. However I am using head phones that cost 30 euros and they work perfectly. I dont want people to be misguided that they need the latest and greatest to have the ultimas work for them.

I’m actually using these myself. Only thing I’d warn is they can be uncomfortable for long term use. On the plus side, I rarely need to bump the volume above the 30 some percent to feel like its being effective.

there are so many ultimas I want to listen to but apparently we gotta stick with one…
I asked saint about my stack he said it’s way too much (I had 4-5 ultimas there)
So I’ve got to stop RICH and Paragon probably and stick to one something to run as a booster, or maybe I run RICH as a booster… since luckily I’ve got almost everything else in the stack, also got money but that is something I would love to focus on more right now

tbh, today is my rest day, I feel the heavy load; not sure how it is for others who stack a few ultimas together
maybe I will have much better results this way and much less stress
every time I run a few ultimas after the 2nd one when the 3rd is starting I feel like my brain is being confused

I’ve basically been running two Ultimas (RICH and Paragon). I run light reps of a third custom Ultima that I created months ago - but it’s highly complementary with RICH, so I think of them together as 1.5 Ultimas. So, I’ll say I’m running 2.5.
I’m using a somewhat unorthodox approach:
Day A - M, W, F focuses on one set of titles
Day B - T, Th, Sat focuses on another set.
Sundays - complete rest

maybe I just look at what I need most and add that, so e.g. elixir for healing for awhile (DR always digs deeper + blue skies and so on in the stack), then maybe I add RICH, etc

What I take away from this is that Custom builds were basically made for you.
They allow you to do what you want to do.

Pretty similar to mine in some ways, though I have less major cores in my Customs (6 in mine).
yeh, reminds me a bit of packing luggage. Don’t want to break your suitcase. Don’t want to make it too heavy. Don’t want to bring unnecessary items. But DO want to optimize and maximize your use of space while efficiently/effectively having access to what you’d like to bring with you.
Remember that Ultimas are like carry-on bags. You can pivot much more agilely with Ultimas without sacrificing so much. I mean that you can play an Ultima for 1-3 weeks, switch it out for another Ultima, and you’ll still get good benefit. (Unlike with a major program or a major custom where consistency wins the day.)
Your comments indicate that you’re mainly a Major Program kind of thinker. Even the way you comment on the Ultima programs indicates that you’re thinking long-term. More inclined to use them as Major Programs.
My thoughts are that since your Major Customs do so well at covering your long-term goals, you can be loose and flexible in how you use Ultimas. Gearing them towards immediate, short-term projects/experiments. You know you’ll have those Major Customs in the background chugging away for you, making ongoing long-term progress.
For Boosters, maybe you can do a series of short-term (1-2 week) experiments and see which ones make the best and biggest difference in your daily life. And make sure you take rest days or washouts from time to time to avoid the Manifestation Traffic Jam that happens when you’ve got heavy rotation going. (My personal experience. haha.)

do you think running it at 1 loop a day as a booster can work or it’s not useful for what it’s meant to achieve? do you think for physical healing DR/EF will get the job done?
I’m just noticing some great improvements in some areas, that ofc time and what other things I do could play a role but I feel this is exponentially powerful so it must be paragon doing some massive work I think too

My own Ultima experience is just getting started, I think.
But I think that the reason Ultimas are a secret weapon is that they can literally switch between being Boosters and being Major Programs. You can play 1-2 loops a day of an Ultima and get great short-term results and then when space opens up in your stack, you can increase the loops and it’ll just start contributing to long-term benefits as well.

This is exactly what I’m doing right now. (Not that my stack is ideal or something.) But yeah, I’m playing 2 loops of Paragon while I go to sleep (or occasionally, just after waking). And I’m playing 2 loops of RICH during the daytime. The one change I think I’ll make is I might try out an Ultima B core version of Paragon. (If I’m getting this right, my current version of Paragon is Ultima A core.)
Remember that those short-term booster effects from your Ultima boosters are going to have synergy with the long-term effects of your Majors. It’s like if you are already biking or skating downhill and you give an extra kick-push. Sure, it’s a little kick-push, but added to the momentum you already have, it’s going to mean a hell of a lot more.

at the end of the day some weird things I do like stacking 5 ultimas to me I’m like ok maybe t’s fine until I hear his opinion and suddenly realize wow, yea, I been overloading myself
so you think with these 3 customs, 2 loops paragon at night, 2 loops rich in the morning, is okay?
It’s triable (not a word). haha. It’s feasible, I should say.
But I also don’t run all of my customs every day. That could make a difference with the ‘traffic jam’ effect.
I consider 1-2 loops of an Ultima to be Booster-listening. (Because that’s what I read.) 3-4 plus is major program level. But of course you’d adjust that to your own specific needs and situation. 1 loop of an Ultima can get the Boosting job done too.
So, I consider myself to be running both RICH and Paragon as boosters. I’ll also say, I play them both 3-5 times a week. Not strictly every day. Today, I haven’t run either of them.
one other thing: For my strong Majors (i.e. Terminus or Terminus2 build), I tend to combine them with some activity that decreases reconciliation. Usually exercise or meditation. The real-time combination thing is probably not strictly necessary. After all, reconciliation doesn’t just happen while we’re listening in the moment. But still, it’s something I like to do.)
