Main Disc. Thread - The Revelation of Dreams ZP

@AnswerGroup
I am reading a description and there is a note about Paragon sleep.

  • Includes the entire script of Paragon Sleep, improving overall sleep health, enhancing your ability to induce lucid dreams and create within them.*

If I want to work on my sleep, I can use this and on top of that, I will get the ability to lucid dreaming and understand my dreams, right?
What is the point of using Pragon Sleep then if I can use this and get basically more for my buck?

I know someone only wants to work solely on his/her sleep but from my POV you can just get more with Dreams.

I’ve added this to my new cycle. I don’t have dreams usually or atleast I’m not conscious of dreaming as I don’t remember them.

I got a dream on my second day

Someone tried to kidnap me by putting a bag over my head. It felt so real that I instantly woke up. This is the first time this has happened. Everything felt so real like the dim lights at night, the feel of the sidewalk, etc. the bag over my head, the sudden darkness with the guys hands on my back

Can’t wait to dream a whole lot more.

And I slept like a baby these past few days so no trouble with that

That’d be the Paragon Sleep adaptation. Glad to know it works.

Awesome. I would like to both improve my sleep AND get lucid dreams. It’d be amazing if 100% of my dreams became lucid!

That can get old, believe it or not.

How so? And if so, were you as a lucid dreaming user able to fall back into the state of being unaware you’re in a dream?

Also I realized that this is part of the STKS launches, so it should have a level of ZPv2 max in it!

Have you gotten to the point bored mastery with it?, and how did you personally develop the ability to dream lucidly?

Seemed as if too much of it in a row left me tired as if I’d been awake that whole time.

Not bored. It was fun until it just stopped working for me in 2007. Have had maybe 4 lucid dreams since. All flukes.

Oh I didn’t know this either . Good observation

Listened to this sub yday for 30s. Was able to experience my dreams again for the first time in a while.

Is there an optimal timing for listening to this before sleep?

It seems that Genesis led me to RoD. After reading the product page several times, I bought RoD yesterday and added it to my stack.

Then I listened to 1 loop last night before going to bed. I had several dreams, three of which made me realise I was dreaming. In two of the dreams I was able to take control, but only for a short time. The third lucid dream lasted longer, but I could not influence the dream. This was strange, although I was fully aware that I was dreaming.

I had always had lucid dreams from time to time, but they were completely random. The last night with RoD was a completely different level. RoD intensified everything and the number of dreams was unusually high. A real game changer.

I am very curious to see what happens tonight.

I’m really excited that PZzzz is in Revelation of Hyperreality (RoD)

But just curious, how much denser and more difficult to run is RoD than Pzzz? I feel like RoD would provide more value but would also distract from the HOM/Khan results I’m getting

Haven’t actually done this yet.

But I’d think of RoD as a psychedelic results enhancer.

It’s the Dr. Strange of the results enhancers.

Yes, you’ll have to give it a minute at first.

Once it gels, whatever goals you’re working on will be integrated with and empowered by your dreams.

In other words,

This guy will be helping you.

Who is this guy?

Morpheus.

An anthropomorphicized representation of the Infinite power of Dreaming.

And the brooding protagonist of the excellent comic-book series by Neil Gaiman, The Sandman.

Day 3 with RoD.

No lucid dream the second night, but lots of normal dreams.

Last night I had a lucid dream that lasted a long time. I felt like I was in the film Inception. I was able to influence and partly create the whole scenery and I had more control over the scenery than ever before. You could say I was learning a bit more.

The entry into lucid dreaming was interesting. I suddenly became aware in the dream that it was a dream because the place was very strange. At that moment the dream collapsed and just went black. Then I started to create light for myself and suddenly there was an exit into the bright light to a new scene. From then on I was in full control of the process.

What I have also noticed is that the normal dreams have become very pleasant. It’s hard to describe, but they are softer in their totality, even though they can be problematic.
I woke up this morning feeling happy and refreshed and somehow different.
More of a creator.

RoD has already far exceeded my expectations and I am curious to see how it will affect my daily life. I will put the rest of my stack on hold for now and see how things go with RoD solo.

Are you putting a lot of conscious work and practice and other exercises into learning lucid dreaming or is it just happening naturally?
