Kind of reminds me of that teaching from the Buddha.
Sounds like you may be adding some much needed looseness.

Yes, seems so.
Instead of doing what „might be expected“ (from a spiritual seeker) one should do what feels right.
Not that easy, after years of doing, to simply allow and admit that it feels better to stop doing.
I understand for some years already that spirituality is not about neglecting life and following strict rules imposed by yourself, but to embrace life and enjoy whatever you like.
I’m now just living and keep a sense of thankfulness and humility in my mind, without „expressing“ it any more „formally“ (by meditation etc.).
I’ll see where this journey takes me.
You’ve been meditating for years, your mind will not simply forget that.
Your mind and being will continue to process and integrate in line with the patterns that you’ve established.
Songs, once learned, are not easily forgotten.
What’s more likely is that your definition of what it means to ‘practice meditation’ will evolve and transform. It will be more optimally and organically aligned with your experiences, your needs, and your nature.
But that’s just a guess.
I had a very interesting experience with RoD. I had a lucid dream. Then I decided to wake up and I did wake up, but in the next dream. I thought I had arrived in reality, but it was just another level. It was only when I finally woke up in the morning that I realised it was also a dream. It was like the different levels in the film Inception.
It makes you think about how real our world really is.
Maybe we are all dreaming.
It’s RoD Time!!!
Excited to run this.
Does it have any “Revelation Of Mind” type scripting inside it as well that applies outside of the dream world? @AnswerGroup
This refers to inside of the dream world. But as a very very non-visual person, I wonder if Mind’s Eye and experiencing visuals in dreams would effect my waking visualization capacities? I would also love it if RoD had the Cognitive Boosting effects from RoM that had even an indirect boost to waking cognition. I’d feel amazing running RoD extra-long-term if I could categorize it as a sleep-enhancer, a dream-enhancer, AND an intelligence enhancer.
This is so beautiful - now that I’ve already taken the plunge and committed to RoD, I’m realizing how much of an all-encompassing, all-in-one sub it is for anyone that wants a beautiful life and interest in dreaming. Sleep is the ultimate results enhancer.
Does this objective apply during wakefulness as well?
And this?
First loop report
I stopped using RoD over a month now…however it seems the blooming has just begun ,I am having vivid dreams every nights for the past few weeks and it is getting easier and easier to recall those details and the dream interpretion is a smooth process…effortlessly …but the only thing that bugs me is I rarely take control over those dreams…mostly passively going through scenarios…now I am reading a book on the subject of lucid dream…I guess I will soon solve the problem…
Keep in mind that control isn’t a prerequisite for lucidity. Lucid dreams imply awareness that it’s a dream. Focus on being aware of the dream state during the dream for now.
Control is a nice bonus, but focusing on controlling it too early in the process short-circuits attaining lucidity.
Also, if you’re experiencing high lucidity and awareness, you may have more control than you realize. If the dream were to turn bad, maybe you would consciously or unconsciously twist the dream to a more favorable scenario. I also rarely take control, I’m just monitoring from a distance, and stepping in any time I don’t like the scenario of the dream
RoD is something very special.
Tonight in my lucid dream I was able to talk to a person who has been dead for a long time and whom I miss very much.
I was able to tell her something very important that I could not in the past. The dream meant a lot to me and brought out a lot of positivity.
Today I feel very well and very calm. RoD heals old wounds in its own special way.
the blooming from ROD seems to synergize pretty well with my current stack….this morning had a dream about my sexual identity….now I identify the hangup…is it a way to speed up the integration process ?my initial thought was to initiate a ritual to insinuate the subconscious mind that I have released the problem…so what is other action I could take to accelerate the process ?
I wanted to give another interim report on RoD Started on 08/21.
I have now firmly integrated RoD into my stack and am still delighted with the effect it has on me. The dreams have become much clearer and more intense and can be remembered much better. Clearer in the sense that the images are now in HD resolution. I can’t describe it any better than that.
The number of lucid dreams has greatly increased, but I now prefer to be the observer of the scenery in order to better understand what my subconscious is trying to tell me. Of course it’s fun to take full control in a lucid dream, but the need for it is not so strong at the moment. I look at what my subconscious is producing and try to match it with my reality or categorise it.
I haven’t had any nightmares since I started with RoD. There have been threatening dreams, but they quickly turned into the opposite. In addition, you are no longer so strongly involved in these threatening dreams.
This is the protection in action as described in the objectives.
The dreams have already become very intense in the last few weeks and I have been able to take away some valuable insights for myself. Old, long-past negative experiences are also constantly being processed and reprocessed in my dreams. Daily reality mixes with the past to give you insights for the present and future.
It’s really very interesting and exciting what happens in my dreams now. During the day I’m actually curious to see what will happen the next night.
I had quite a different and interesting dream last night, I feel to ask the forum about.
In the dream I became aware I was dreaming, and it became lucid. I feel like I was being shown a technique or lesson. It was as if I was told to spin around clockwise, and as I did so the dream became more lucid and clearer, more defined and deeper.
Then I was shown that if I span counterclockwise it would have the oppositive effect, because as I did so it became blurred, and faded out, and the lucid dream was over.
I’ve had such lucid dreams before, however often when I tried to increase focus I would lose it, for example seeing a phenomenal piece of art or architecture that I never recall witnessing on earth, or a book on a shelf that I would open to read.
Subs being run right now are LBfH & Heartsong, which are an excellent pair. Not sure if it’s related to those but I do feel a lot of healing is occurring in the sleep state. It’s like a whole other world that I enter into that is just as real (or more real) than this wakeful one.
Who thinks this is a symbolic message for me, or this actually can be applied by anyone in the dream state?
Curious for others to try it and report back.
I’m starting to think about the Revelation of Dreams.
Could be your mind asking you if you would like to proceed further into the lucid state, then please rotate your joystick clockwise, erm, I mean your body; and vice versa.
As if it’s trying to confirm it by your own will and accord.
Also. It might be your mind`s way of healing, influenced by your stack. In the sense that, becoming lucid would have you face through the healing. While Turning anticlock wise, would be you telling your mind that I don’t want to visually see the healing scenes, rather, I’ll have them in the background process.
As if, one is opting to see their surgery being performed vs. Complete anesthesia.
You got this before running RoD?
Yes, I got this without running RoD, so imagine what it would be like if I did.
I used to have lucid dreams much more frequently as a teenager, and even OBE’S.
After doing a bit of research, it turns out that spinning is one of the techniques that can be used to stabilise a lucid dream, because the excitement of having one can bump you out.
After I wrote my post, I noticed the spinning top above. Coincidence?
Perhaps the free will scripting is kicking into effect or the New Subliminal Experience.
You seem like a natural; you’re gonna have a blast on RoD. It’s unbelievably inspiring, entertaining and fulfilling that one would get addicted to dreaming if it were not for the safety scripting.
I’d get excited for sleeping, the lucidity is full-scale, I am talking about feeling with your physical body. It’s what those VR experiences ought to be, you know? Complete immersive experience.
That’s why I asked. It was the first thing that crossed my mind; but then you inferred that youre have yet to jump into RoD, so i got surprised. It’s one of many techniques, and was surprised that
I had one where I saw my reflection in a pool of water and another time in mirror in a restroom.
Another where I had to make a decision on taking a leap from peak into an ocean. Another where I’d walk into a bright narrow corridor with many doors closed on each side of the hallway.
They can get quite creative.
One of my favourite lucid dreams wss walking along on a beautiful path with all these wonderful scenes of creation around me, and suddenly it was as if someone pressed a pause button and nothing was moving but as I looked up and around at the objects I could see these equations linked to each one, like source code. Mathematics and formulas were written in the sky next to a rainbow…If only we could record them and play them back… Grand unified field theory might be etched in there.
Apparently, dreams are projected onto our retina, so it may be possible. There was way too much information for me to have woken up and put in a journal.
Also, I recall a spate of dreams once that lasted a week. These were intense and never had ones of this kind before or since. In these dreams, I was meeting up with other people who were asleep in the physical, but we were in each other’s dream, having a shared dream experience.
Didn’t even know those existed until I googled it.
Others of flying through portals to new worlds, which felt like a mission to convey important messages.
And ones where I would hear music that I never recognised but sounded perfect and meant to be.
When you experience things in the lucid state that defy description, how should that be approached. It was always a challenge. My interest is sparked up again.
Not heard this. I’m intrigued though.
Revelation of Dreams is a spiritual title
I had those dreams before how incredible is that. In many different variations.
Physical bodies hooked onto a shared dream machine. Another from that scene of inception where they’re all hooked onto the dream world. Another where it was in a desert where people were just lying around on rugs and sleeping bags. They came in many forms, but sharing the same trope.
The dreams that seem to last an eternity recure once or twice a week. I surprisingly wake up refreshed, despite finding out that I still got hours more to sleep.
Doors, gates and crumbling medieval magical portals for me. Did you feel like a strong urge, an energy propelling you to move forward into them when standing before it?
It’s all perfect in there. Everything’s just rightfully where and what it should be. An artistic perfection. I wish I could replicate what I experience in there. Someday, after I master oil painting, writing, filming, and a whole bunch of things. That Vampire couldn’t come any sooner
Also, there are songs and classical composition that were created from within their dreams. Hendrix and beetles had one each, and I want to say debussy or liszt.
