Nope. It came out around the same time as summertime. Primal is probably the closet major title to really capture that raw main charafter energy.

Come to think of it, of all the subs I’ve run, yeah 
I think the feeling of lacking “main character energy” and the desire for it is a result of two things: everyone focused too much on themselves and people not connecting as deeply when out in public/out in the world. It’s probably more of a thing in western countries than others. Think about it: it’s a combo of focusing too much on self + not connecting as much with others (more competition and vanity that results from the first). It’s like you’re no longer “keeping up with the Jones’s”, now it’s like EVERYONE is the Jones’s.
Also I think people who are giving off main character energy (but does anyone really? like in your day to day life, who does that? younger people?) it’s because they have things on their mind that are more important than whatever is happening in front of them. OR it’s that they’re more present and in the moment than most people around them and accepting everything that’s happening.
Anyway, just some thoughts, just trying to figure out what exactly “main character energy” is and why we feel it’s lacking (when 10+ years ago we didn’t, not me at least), and what is causing it now.

Wanted is coquettish it doesn’t need a main character energy.
The whole point is to be mystery and to make people feel intrigued and chase you.

I think people wanting “main character energy” and trying to attain it is sad, like it’s just people feeling lonely, insecure, and less important than those around them, and that’s sad. And I think it goes back to what I said: too much focus on ourselves and not enough focus/connecting with people outside ourselves.
Also I agree @Benny, Wanted doesn’t need main character energy. He’s nonchalant and aloof, he doesn’t care whether people chase him or not, or see him as a “main character” or not.

I mean the whole thing going on is sad, looksmaxxing, people feeling insecure/wanting to feel like the “main character”, etc. It’s sad. I just went looked up “main character energy” on tiktok and yeah, I think it’s sad. I don’t have tiktok btw (or an Instagram really).
True, Emperor, Khan, and Primal would definitely help with that. Probably GLM too.
Amazingly I’ve never run Stark, always was curious about it though.

Yeah people should learn self love
From my perspective, I see a lot of projection here. Everyone’s life paths are different – some may be meant to feel that they are the “main character” of their journey. Others may take a different, more “beyond the scenes” approach. It is not fair to anyone to judge another’s journey based upon your personal preferences on what “life” should be.

That’s it. That’s why I compare it to Primal. They both approach self-sovereignty from different specifics. Primal sheds social norms and imposed beliefs system. MCE puts you at the center of your life story.
Personally I found MCE was a fantastic addition to my WDB name embedded and later custom. It added the ‘fire’ and assertiveness that Dream Boy lacked, My perspective soon shifted from looking for results to seeing and seizing opportunities. Moreover, MCE uses authiecity scripting so it’s boosting what’s already in Wanted.
Glass houses. I’m sure tiktok looksmaxers would have a field about how much I’ve spent on custom subliminal.

Yes, one of the reasons I had trouble sticking with WDB.
I do agree it could work very well.
Personally I stack NW with something like Stark or maybe later with Primal /PS or Khan as well as stark therefore I don’t feel it is “needed”.
That said I’m sorry if it felt like I said “you shouldn’t!”. You can and it would work very well.
I might even consider it myself in a custom.
But no one has to use it. I mean to say - NW is very strong IMO and could stack very well with something like Khan or Stark. (Primal /PS).
I’ve just started NW again. I feel more mysterious already.
And more importantly -
I feel like I don’t need anyone or anything!
That’s the best feeling.
I’m good as I am. And I don’t need to chase anyone or anything! ( I bet these lines are in the script too).
Opportunities will come to me without even trying.
