I find that enough of this kind of work is a protective agent for my brain for the rest of the day.
For me anyways, the question isn’t of making sure I “dont get distracted too much” but more a question of “making sure I do transcendent work enough”
Doesn’t have to be crazy - 45 mins of meditation a day and I’m in a better state no matter how much TV/etc I later watch - I’m just naturally not as impuslive or whatever no matter what after that.
So, I wouldn’t worry too much about overthinking, but I would worry about “underprocessing” - assuming that QiGong/Meditation/Walking/Exercise/Etc is processing
