Too much recon on Khan and WB
I personally always have problems with seduction subs
The anti recon really helped me with NW and WDB
Should I just add one of them or change WB to one of them? Anyway Khan is really not easy without the anti recon teach.
The thing with subs is that we all have different bio-social models of the world, different listening histories and lifestyles.
Therefore, some people can handle different subs more than others.
You can only think about the problem so much.
Make a decision and try one â or some â of them out.
They even recommended a progressive listening for loop to bring down some of the intensity.
You can run them together who said you canât?
Personally KB was a hard one also donât expect KB to help much with women so easily like NW or WDB can.
Healthy sexual energy? 
KB is for becoming a tantara master, man. Itâs not for just healthy sexual energy that this Khan alone can provide.

If you run Khan on top of all that unresolved pain, youâre going to get hit with recon that makes what youâre feeling right now look mild
So, DR: RED or Ascension if you want something lighter
Let the healing sub do the foundational work first. Khan will still be there when youâre ready for it, and youâll actually be able to run it without it destroying you.
If I were to run khan black itâs more to have a sense of healthy sexuality. I had run it over a year ago and ran st1 for 2 cycles and I felt it was helping. I was learning about yoga poses, how tension gets stored in the body and many good stuff. I donât know why I never went to stage 2.
I definitely hear everyoneâs different thoughts on this which is why I appreciate this sub ! lol
I can see where ur coming from when you say Iâm looking for a sub to punish myself for not being the person I want to be and past mistakes. That might very well be true. If healing is what I need both khans ST1s are healing subs I can run both for 2 straight cycles and see how Iâm feeling for I go on any further. Maybe after both st1s I stop right there and go on to an ascension or emperor. But definitely I do think I need some healing right now first

I recommend looking for adult-level sex education, maybe tantra, and BDSM resources.
That would give you a look into the clinical part, the mindfulness part, and the kinky parts of sex
and check this book out too
There were 2 channels that really honestly helped me one called sexual Kung fu and another from a YouTuber named nakula das. Then I really got into another great channel called Manflow yoga. The 3 of them were really teaching me what healthy sexualitiy and energy in the body in the body. No joke tantra was the next thing I wanted to learn about but I fell off the wagon on nofap. When I do that I destroy everything good that I was creating.
But I will look at this video today and ill check out that book !

For now i will only run ascension donât stack with Regen or any healing subs so I know exactly what ascension is doing and Iâm not like is this ascension or regen or limit destroyer etc ?

Go back to something like primal for a few months and build a better foundation. Stop brute forcing

Before Emperor, take the Ascension route.
Before Wanted Black, travel the Wanted path.

Khan wonât fix this, It isnât a magic bullet for manhood. Approaching this intensive sub with a poor sense of self will fuck you up. If you want to run Khan, start by addressing this other issues and learning to forgive yourself.
Youâre already a man. Own that and all the shortcomings that come with it. No subliminal is going to make you a man.
Foundation building isnât sexy, but itâs a better use of your time and money than brute forcing through recon or sub hopping when you donât see result.
Also anti-recon and adaptive scripting arenât an accuse to skip foundation building. Do I need to explain how these are even better with a solid foundation?
