I’m redoing total breakdown also and now that I have the prerequisite mental strength I can handle it so much better but it hurts way more with the things that come out of it .

Yeah I wouldn’t say it’s super tough (unless you pair it with drugs), but my god is it an uncomfortable ride! but, getting out of the comfort zone is GOOD!
Try pairing it with dragon reborn red for some extreme healing

I thought about this but being completely honest, I am a fairly healthy person aside from my masculinity and never understanding it throughout my life + broken sexuality.
The only thing I could think of that I have is approach anxiety etc and I think khan+black will be better for that.
Basically, I think khan+black fit my specific needs better

As for me got so much to heal, hundreds of lives of trauma chaos, killing, torture, war, betrayel, sorcery… Etc being the perpetrator and victim, so many storylines that need to be healed and closed. I been carrying a mountain of weight inside me since childhood it felt so heavy only in few spiritual experiences moments did i feel relief what being weighless and light is like

If you are up for it, maybe read up and dabble with psychedelics… easily the drugs that helped me most when it comes to traumas and healing from them (both lsd and mushrooms, but mainly mushrooms. lots of microdosing)

Was running 3 minutes. Khan stage 1. Became way too much. Absolute negativity bombardment but…. at the same time absolutely necessary these thoughts need processing very deep work . I have cut time to 1 min 30 sec now a much better ride my question is once comfortable at 1min 30sec when moving up what the recommendation ? Add another 30s at a time or move to 3 min?

You can add 10 secs. everytime you listening. So you can find your sweetspot between results and recon.
Consider also adding aoh short loops as a support title, works really well with heavy inner work to not be drowned in negativity and overall heaviness of feelings

Took about 25 days to wash out from khan st2 wasn’t really planning on continuing currently thought of postponning it as i dont want sexuality and women to be on forefront of my mind currently, wanted a break from that, khan st2 abundence of women is taxing enough lol.
But funny sort of feeling came in after 20days i felt khan st3 calling to me, i didnt intend on running it, i felt exactly how i knew i would be already deep into st3 how i would feel, think, act, move…
And so i headed the call and ran st3.
From first loop.
Initial feeling of raw aggressive sexuality that translates into dominance, overall a successful executive vibe.

Also on khan i feel more often craving to eat like an opulent king, good quality meats and in general testosterone boosting foods.
I know for me it would be impossible to be vegan on khan.

Not sure if it’s the EB or Khan ST1, but I’ve realized I’ve been holding a soft spot for people who probably don’t deserve it.
Like my “Friends” whom i thought they really cared, but looking back, I was just paying attention to they said, not what they actually did.
I always had this feeling something was off(For years) but I brushed it off as me overthinking. Now I’m realizing I’ve been avoiding the real deal.
Curious to know if anybody had a similar realization.
