Now, as I ran one loop in the morning I can share some experiences and insights with you, gentlemen.
When listening to the loop I felt my whole body and mind got totally relaxed.
In the morning, I went to a clothes market and I walked with honour and moved with elegance and grace. There was pleasant yet strong fluidity to my body language.
Another thing is, itās obvious to me how TB is taking what Iāve gained on Phoenix to the next level.
Itās been really smooth sailing so far and I think Iām ready for St2. 
Kidding some of ya, of course.
Iām going to run TB for two months for sure, and then evaluate my progress and decide on the further course of action.
Phoenix has taught me that groundbreaking shifts may occur even after two months of listening.
Iāll be āwaitingā for a groundbreaking shift on TB for two months, as I said. I know what shift Iām āwaitingā for ā total annihilation of all my social inhibitions / killing the residue of the fear of escalating with women, where I express myself without any bondages (within descent conduit). Iām really close to it already, thanks to Primal and Phoenix.

To help that shift happen Iām going to keep socialising at work and during language exchange meetings I frequent. When it comes to women Iām going with the flow.

Whatās interesting, Total Breakdown has already shown me what kind of social barriers I need to overcome in order to excel in the social domain. Those realizations gave me great material to introspect and work on overcoming those barriers in a conscious manner.
I wonder whether it would do the same when it comes to women. For now itās about reestablishing my standards as far as I can see.

Upon reflecting on todayās experiences and what TB revealed to me it became obvious that the core social limitation I have is a subconscious assumption that Iām inferior to people in social settings.
Another revelation is related to seduction where Iām limited by the belief that Iām going to get rejected. It gets triggered when the seduction is smooth and fast, and mutual attraction is strong.
Those two revelations stemmed from my todayās relevant experiences.

Now, when Iām analysing the whole day I can clearly see how that one loop of TB amplified TWTP and Primal results when it comes to the social game, social charm and unbounded expression.
This is something I expected but not immediately and to such a high degree.
