Khan Stage 4 is the most challenging for me so far
, lots of anger-reactivity/offness/ increased sense of disease- not sure if recon. Running very small amounts.

Exponentially more challenging than the other stages.

I just started so will give it time to adjust

Possibly. What’s your stack?

Last time I ran Khan on stage 4 there was a constant feeling of being off with periodic spikes of anger and a really short fuse. Going into the 2nd part of that cycle it resolved.

Same here
St4 was really tough for me
I should try it again :joy:

It’s not the stack, it’s k4 for sure.

It’s just determining if it’s recon, not a fit, or just a part of k4 that I am not comfortable with and adjusting to.

My sales were also stalling so switched back to K3 custom for a run last night and closed almost $100k in a day today.

What differences do you notice in terms of stage 2/3?

  • Once you have some experience and have finished the full 4 month process, you can go back and repeat the whole 4 stage process. Going back through the whole process will uncover new things, bring you to ever-new heights and uncover to you the subtler (note, subtler can often times be stronger and more profound!) intricacies of social dominance, power, confidence and who you are as an individual.

I realize in retrospect, K3 gave me heavy recon and offness at first 2
Stage 2 did not

Stage 2 feels grounded, secure, internally powerful, and dominant, solid in myself, and definitely gives untouchable vibes, bulletproof. I started to really question what mattered to me, and look to align more and more with that. I became more and more comfortable with myself as a sexually being, and noticed a dominance polarity dynamic more often with woman. At time and with certain woman insanely strong but my focus was mostly on work still.

Stage 3 felt edgy- like I had to own my impact and discomfort on other people more and more, but eventually it became normal. I started to experience myself as a disruptor in environments and had to be ok with that. The internal groundedness and confidence didn’t initially feel as strong, but eventually grew into full ownership and self-expression. I felt comfortable and driven in things I was engaged in, but started to get an incredibly strong pull to meet and engage with women, and my dating life picked up enormously. Both with a woman from my past, whom I was never sexually attracted to but wanted to be, and had the opportunity now, and with new woman. I started to have some of the best, most consistent sexual encounters of my life, with a woman who are cool, smart, fun, attractive, and extremely sexual, but in a private way. Like they seemed professional and shy, but in the bedroom were rockstars. That tended to be the theme I was encountering. I had strong chemistry with woman not like that but it didn’t evolve yet. K3 made me really confident and bold and low tolerance for what didn’t work for my life. My sense of direction and motivation outside of pursuing women and dating went way down on K3, although I think that was an adjustment period because I could also direct its energy and drive towards other endeavors.

K4, when not in recon, feels like a sexual, ambitious, and cooler person.

I have not experienced a flow or drive with woman as easy as k3 yet, even though I feel more grounded in it. The first week testing it, I felt a ton of ego, impatience, and much more like og Emperor. My sales also suffered. In retrospect, I think it’s recon and less targeted scripting. My performance is so far ahead this month in work, I have the week to test it with lower consequences.

K4 also feels like it sinks me into myself, and harder to engage - in recon at least.

Judgmental- that’s what it is, K4 gives me a sense of judging myself and others, which feels really uncomfortable. It’s magnifying it in me, at least in recon.

Interesting…this rings true for me

I’ve ran so many customs with K4 never achieving the main benefits but inadvertently achieving some of goals

Happy to break down both. The useful thing to notice up front is that both stacks pair an intense, masculine-power title with Limitless: ZONE — so ZONE plays the same role in each: the calm, grounding, focusing counterweight. ZONE is nervous-system-regulation-based focus and flow, so in both stacks it settles the system, channels the energy the other title produces into actual focused output, and helps buffer the intensity. What changes between the two stacks is what the “power” title is doing.

Stack 1: Khan Black + Limitless: ZONE

Khan Black (The Crucible) is a sexual-energetics title — a staged program that heals sexual limitations, then cultivates and strengthens your sexual energy, builds it into a potent aura of raw magnetism, and, crucially, teaches you to transmute that energy into drive, vitality, and focus toward your goals.

That last part is where ZONE fits beautifully: Khan Black generates the energy and the drive; ZONE gives you the calm, single-pointed focus to channel it into deep, productive work. So the mechanism of this stack is essentially “cultivate powerful sexual energy, then pour it into focused, flow-state output” — with heightened magnetism and presence as a side benefit. ZONE’s regulation also supports the composure the energy work asks for.

Two honest notes: Khan Black is an advanced Artisan-line title, and it genuinely works best paired with the retention-and-circulation practice it describes — it’s a discipline, not a passive listen. So this stack suits you if sexual-energy cultivation (and transmuting it into magnetism and focused drive) is actually a goal of yours. If you just want focus, Khan Black is far more than that.

Stack 2: Khan + Limitless: ZONE

Khan (Love and War) is much broader — a full masculine identity transformation aimed at conquest, mastery, dominance, status, success, and romance, run as a staged arc that first breaks down your limitations and weaknesses (the “Total Breakdown” stage) and then rebuilds you into power, authority, and dominance.

Paired with ZONE, the mechanism is different: Khan supplies the drive, ambition, and dominant identity; ZONE supplies the focus and flow to actually execute on it — and, importantly, ZONE’s nervous-system calm helps ground the turbulence that Khan’s heavier stages (especially the breakdown) can stir up. So this stack is “become a driven, dominant, high-status man, and stay focused and grounded while the transformation does its work.”

This one suits you if your goal is broad masculine power and life transformation (dominance, status, success, drive), with ZONE keeping you focused and steady through an intense process.

The core difference between the two stacks

It comes down entirely to Khan Black vs Khan, since ZONE is constant:

  • Khan Black is narrow and energetic — sexual energy, magnetism, and its transmutation. The “power” here is sexual/energetic.

  • Khan is broad and identity-level — dominance, status, success, romance, conquest. The “power” here is your whole masculine identity and standing.

So: Khan Black + ZONE = cultivate and channel sexual energy into focused magnetism and drive. Khan + ZONE = build a dominant, successful, high-status identity and execute it with focus.

A couple of shared points

Both are two-title stacks, well within the three-title limit. But both pair a genuinely intense title (Khan Black is Artisan and energetic; Khan is a heavy staged transformation) with ZONE, so treat each as an advanced stack: start with microloops, ease in, and lean on ZONE’s grounding — which is exactly why it’s a smart companion in either case.

Best regards,

Khan ST2 w/Essence: The Spartan’s Creed is like peanut butter and jelly. Conquering mindset + physical strength, power, and energy enhancement = Dominate the field, with satisfaction :basketball: :soccer: :football: :running_man:t5: 🏋🏾‍♂.

How is the discipline on this one with Essence: The Spartan’s Creed? Also, are you able to share more about the energy enhancement? I haven’t run Spartan in a few years but remember that feeling on it.

This is Day 8 of microloops. I’ll get back to you on notes. So far it’s working for utilizing the competitive/conquest boost of ST2 mindset for augmenting Spartan’s Creed energy enhancement
