I just (finally!) finished a complete read-through of the entire description (about 2 minutes ago). And I feel like it kind of does describe it completely. (Though I think I know what you mean by your statement.)
Here’s the precise quote:
The Body of Stillness and Strength (Physical Shifting)
Shows that when the mind finds order, the body follows. Peace shapes the form the way a sculptor shapes stone — not through strain, but through steady, deliberate touch. Posture lifts, breath deepens, and movement slows into precision. Strength settles into muscle without demand, and vitality shows in hair, skin, and the way you carry yourself — an outer frame that reflects the fortress within.
In life, this presence is unmistakable. You stand as one who cannot be moved, yet whose stillness feels safe. In your work, it becomes silent proof of discipline — a wordless signal that your strength is not just built, but lived.
It’s more so about your presence, and about your capacities than about superficial details. It’s not ‘your nose will be smaller or bigger’, or ‘your biceps will be ### inches’.
It’s more like, ‘you will become your version of a formidable, strong, and stable man/woman’.
It’s clear that it will be reflected in muscles, skin, posture, movement, and eyes, etc. But it seems more so about crafting a form or a vehicle that fits your strong, stable, formidable version.
Ultimately, that’s going to begin from the nervous and endocrine systems. You’ll be developing a system that does not easily burn out. Reading between the lines and using logic, it should also be good for deep relaxation and anti-premature ejaculation, and so on.
This is generally how the subs and how physical shifting work. There’s not going to be a subliminal, here at Subliminal Club, that attempts to churn out identical physical types. It’s about expressing and refining your best version.
And when you see the deeper principle inside of this, you’ll realize that you can guide your own physical shifting, as long as it’s congruent and consistent.
