I had an experience where a new social media friend fell in love with me to the point where they couldn’t stop thinking about me or professing their love to me. I had to kindly assert a boundary. They actually cried a bit and haven’t spoken to me since.
We only spoke for about a week!

My girl started tracking her macro with me two weeks ago, taking care of her hairs like crazy.
She got a few appointment for skin care, I think one of them is microneedling… She really upped her taking care of herself fast af (not that she didn’t before, but it sometime felt overwhelming for her, compared to now where she just does it, there seems to be less stress associated to it).

I briefly mentioned it in my journal today.
Since I’ve been listening to Symmetry Seductress, my menstruation has become noticeably more manageable. Even the days leading up to it have been much easier to deal with.
A few days ago, when my period started, I asked @Parsifal if he’d noticed any PMS signs. Normally, I tend to be more irritable and sensitive during that time.
He said no — and honestly, I hadn’t noticed anything either. I also realized that the usual bloating I get wasn’t nearly as strong. And what surprised me even more: I hardly felt any pain. Even when I took a pill on the first day, it worked quicker than usual.
I noticed a bit of tension in my lower abdomen, took a painkiller, waited a moment – and then I was literally dancing through the living room.
I felt like one of those women in German commercials who skate or work out carefree during their period.
There’s still room for improvement, of course. There are some things I still want to work on, but I’m genuinely happy with the progress so far.
And aside from that – I’ve been feeling increasingly happier with my curls and my curl routine. I know I promised you a picture, but I just haven’t felt like it these past few weeks. Be patient with me.
I’m really curious to see what else Seductress will open up in me. I can feel there’s more to come.

I’ve never seen such a commercial here in the USA. Is it a European thing to skate during the period? 
I don’t know what the commercials look like in the rest of Europe, but in German ads, women are often super chill, light-hearted, and extremely happy when they have their period 
.
But reality often looks quite different. More like the opposite: curled up in pain in the fetal position on the bed, the couch, or the floor.
Then everyone and everything gets snapped at—just for breathing.
And let’s not forget the constant craving for food
