I’ve never viewed Stark as a social circle builder, or high paying job title.

My interpretation of it has always been an entrepreneur, start up style title that helps you innovate on your own interests. Tony Stark is fundamentally a tech innovator who changes the world through his fathers company, not an employee.

Think there are better options available for social and job titles.

See, now we’re talking. Now I’m interested. The current version of Stark is very much capable of achieving both, but your last statement does ring true, as we have more product offerings. This would be a prime opportunity to give Stark some differentiation from the other titles, adding some specialization to it while keeping the “feel” for those already enjoying the current version.

Now the question is, what exactly does that mean? What preferred objectives would you all want to see added or modified, with explanations other than “more dominance.” Define that, because the term is much more broad than it seems. Does that mean inner resilience, or outer expression? How would that improve the title as a whole? These are the questions we ask when we create titles, so hearing the ideal vision from you all is imperative to that process.

I hope this helps anyone who wondered what Stark is able to do if you take action and run for long enough. I wasn’t going to write it but I know some people need to hear this story more then me keeping this private so I hope this helps.

Goddam all this talk about stark and I’m thinking of switching my emperor+Hero to Stark+Hero hahahaha

I don’t want more dominance.

I want more focus on intelligence (think ability to quickly learn and assimilate large pieces of technical information), focus on massive engineering feats thought to be impossible by the average thinker (think ability to build technologies thought to be impossible based on a unique understanding of certain universal principles that someone like Stark would possess, his JARVIS being the best example), the ability to persuade, and influence large amounts of people to believe in your mission, the ability to use humor and wit to get people to like you and be drawn into you, the ability to attract large sums of wealth by helping people rather than extracting value from them, the ability to be the best entrepreneur of our age, the ability to change the world in a significant way

EDIT: push the boundaries of reality like Tony Stark would

In my experience it’s been the only sub I’ve used that has given me the most career success. It really depends on how you use it. When I started it my sole goal was getting a high paying job which it did for me and then getting a successful social circle which it also did for me. My biggest goals at the time we’re those two I went so far to get this that I went in debt to make it happen and it payed off massively.

Yes and no. It can be used for both but depends on what job we’re talking for your point. For example, my current job is exactly what Stark would get me to achieve. At my current job I have to be a tech innovator who improves the company and makes the company and team succeed also my position is pretty high level now considering the company so Stark plays a big role in that BUT if your an employee who works as a accountant, movie producer, teacher, etc then yeah maybe Stark isn’t the best title for this.

I’d say it’s a perfect title for anyone who wants a career in tech or is currently working in tech (including a employee or someone who has a business) this is purely my own experience and opinion and could be completely wrong from what the actual truth is.

Here’s some that would be nice to see from someone who works in the tech industry:

  • Manifest job opportunities relating to your industry that are high paying
  • Manifest promotions or new position titles to succeed in your career
  • Develop your social skills to become the best at interviews and at communication with clients/customers or your team.
  • Develop a relentless drive and ambition to succeed in your career goals.
  • Develop charisma, power and influence to succeed in your career.
  • Develop an aura that makes people want to help you and succeed in your career.
  • Develop an aura that has people wanted to work with you or buy from you if they need the product (free will).
  • Rapidly grow in your career. Not wait years for a promotion or months but instead only a few months.
  • Develop a Photographic Memory
  • Become an exceptional student leveraging Limitless scripting
  • Able to work effectively under pressure

Those objectives are more focused on career success which would be nice to see in Stark if it’s not already there. I’d say the biggest part is if possible more focus and drive in Stark career wise. It’s been great for that right now but for times where I really need to focus and be productive on I notice I get distracted which on Emperor I don’t get usually these are things that I’m not really interested in but have to do because it’s part of the job. Also usually this happens when I try something related to self-learning which makes it harder to focus. On learnings where there’s a specific task or goal I can focus no problem but if there’s no specific task I get distracted easily so some kind of scripting to focus and be productive for those type of things would be great.

Hope this helps!

Id argue for Founders and CEO scripting to balance out the career scripting…

Think HoM but for Tech World Startup Intrapreneur or Entrepreneur

I think Stark should be a Founder, CEO, Entrepreneur title… or at least if it has career scripting (think job) that it be entirely focused on Tech

Because an Intrapreneur does everything that an Entrepreneur does but is an employee so it could fall under the Intrapreneur/Entrepreneur Scripting

It’s already in there hence the career success scripting mentioned. Also that would be more HoM so in my opinion that would dilute the magic of Stark.

Stark is an Innovator through and through so having an Intrepreneur/Entrepreneur Dynamic would solve that

I think that’s what the main focus already is. In my experience, it’s pretty easy to see the difference between Stark to subs like HoM and Emperor BUT I’m only saying this because I’m very aware of the results it gives me and how Stark affects me so for others this might completely be different. I even went as far as going into data analysis mode and gathering data on how people saw me when they first met me when using Stark. @Jouissance knows I’m a bit crazy about the networking side of things with Stark lol.

If you want that just do Emperor + Stark. This is essentially Emperor + Innovation your asking for which isn’t the goal of Stark.

I think its kinda perfect as is tbh cause I build crazy SOPs and Systems while on Stark

Today I build my startups entire backend Project Management and Operations Documentation

Intrapreneur means that you are an employee but have the free reigns to do whatever cool stuff you wanna work on, you lead teams, projects etc.

Its different from having an Ascended Mogul where your climbing up the career ladder pole, requiring some elements of PCC, etc. Cause Corporate sucks.

Corporate Culture Sucks and would dilute from what it already does imho.

I have one constructive note, which was already said by someone earlier in this thread.

I usually can not run social titles due to worsening my stuttering on them but when I tried stark for one cycle my focus at work was let’s say not great.

As one already mentioned, I do not have ADHD but that feeling would be something like that.
So maybe it would be nice to implement something like module Single point to be able to get more focus.

I get what you mean by if we look at Stark from a clear picture perspective I think just stacking this with subs like HoM or Chosen can achieve the goal your talking about. The main thing I’d see that would be great for Stark is mainly enhancing what the archetype already is so like if the goal is to become a successful tech innovator or anything else that requires innovation or improvements then what objectives need to be added to make it happen. Example: if used in a career success context then having something to improve public speaking skills or developing a photographic memory would be great additions to it.

Either Google is confused today or I’m confused today.

Corporate and startup world is fun just people work in a job they hate so it’s a them issue not company issue.
