Yes, I become even more social than I already am which caused me to spend more money.
The biggest reason however is that in social situations I would find the line in conversations then gently/with lots of humour - push to see where people’s boundaries where. Regarding their values, beliefs ect. while was helpful in my personal life not so helpful as an employee.
Also while people generally liked me if they didn’t, they really didn’t. I became polarizing. And if I sensed (PCC in action) you didn’t like me and you made an off comment or something I would actively fck with you. In that vein when I thought (more like knew deep in my soul) there was a better way to do something or you stood in the way of me achieving a goal…the velvet gloves would come off.
Great if you’re an entrepreneur or in a senior leadership role. Even middle management wanting to move up, however for the way the company I currently work for is set up - no bueno.
