I am not using paragon right now.

How about it when you use it how was your sleep on it?

I can not say what impact had Paragon on me. My sleep varies from time to time and many times I had no clue about it why was that.

Since I am almost always a responsible person I almost never skipped my workout and honestly, I have never felt that incredible willpower just a normal feeling that everything is going right.

One thing which is very nice is changing my workout from slow reps to very explosive (of course depends on weight and exercise) and discovering that I have better fast twitch fibers than slow ones.
My pace of changing my body is exceptional never been more satisfied with my progress in my whole life.

From time to time I have had a compulsion to look on youtube for better exercises or for ways to improve myself in this department. But this feeling is only from time to time, not always. Maybe it is because I have three titles and one of those is Emperor which is quite huge.

I have chosen Spartan over Emperor fitness because I do not want to dedicate 8 months to EF and honestly, Spartan’s description is very appealing to me.

For example this row

What is missing and would be nice to have is also a focus on healthy eating. I am not saying that I am eating fast food etc. it is quite opposite but compared to module Fusion optimized, more focus is just missing.
Another thing that I am missing is also more focus on deep sleep because a few times I had a below average sleep despite I had listened to Spartan that day.

My plan is to listen to Spartan or Custom with Spartan which is happening right now for about six months to get my body to perfect shape and health.

EDIT: Forgot to mention. Morning wood is back, I almost forgot that this thing exists :).
I am not sure if this is because of Spartan, Emperor, or just a good workout program.

I am restarting gym workouts.

I’m currently running Wanted.

From what i read here it’s not a good idea combining Wanted + hard workouts.

Much less combining Wanted+Spartan+ workout??

Am i right?

I ran a custom with Wanted and Spartan together … it made me want to work out more and get phyically fit

Could it be a good idea keep running Wanted and adding ME, with the purpose of visualizing and speeding body changes while i workout at the gym.

Any updated on your progress with this custom?

I have bought so many subs that I just now rememberd having bought Spartan before.

I kinda want to look into it for the “mental toughness” aspects of it.
I don’t have access to a gym, and not really gonna go out of my way to do DIY workouts at home for now. Focused mainly on trying to build an Empire.

So, if I run Spartan, will I get tons of recon re: not exerting myself physically? Or could the “mental toughness” of Spartan outweigg any possible recon?

This is not an answer to your question but
maybe you will change your perception in some time and will start working out eventually even at home.

Today I tested out Spartan, ran it for 15min, 1 loop. I felt head pressure (no headaches though), my body had more of circulation going on it seems warmer too.

Practical result? It’s instant! I ran it at 11am and I am still being productive (8 hours past and still ongoing), cleaning and organizing things. It was the things I needed to do but do not have the mental fortitude to do them. Taking action seems almost effortless.

To note, last 2 weeks ago I tested GLM, and it was comparable to Spartan’s productivity. I was thinking to run GLM again today, but I decided to go with Spartan. Limitless Executive though was not that instant effective to me, I ran 2 loops in total, no productivity or drive to do things I noticed.

Before Subclub, whenever I needed to do things and I had no willpower to do it, I resorted to do Damon Brand book Mystical Words of Power - Empower Mind Ritual, and I got things done, The Empowered Mind ritual last about 6 hours and is comparable to Spartan’s and GLM’s instant effect and level of execution on productivity and mental toughness, to be honest.

This not a placebo as I experienced more weirds things in my spiritual practices - eastern meditation, meditative qigongs, spiritual attunements and whatnot, that most “ordinary persons” could not grasp that think magick is absurd :joy:

FACT, I made lots of money doing ritual magick for selling things that are difficult to sell in my country.

The good thing about Spartan and GLM, is, I only have to listen and relax and boom instant result. While it will take me about more than an hour to do magick ritual as I got to be in meditative state first (which I had no resistance as I was doing deep meditation since 90’s) to spiritually connect with the spiritual beings to manifest whatever goals I intend to be.

Looks Like I am not serious enough about building muscles After all, should I continue spartan or move EoF?

An interesting thing I noted last night. As I was doing my chants last night, I felt my body begin to thrum with high vital physical energy (I don’t have the esoteric for it atm), to the point that I went from being ruthlessly exhausted to feeling like I needed/wanted to work out.

When I went to lay down, I laid on my stomach. I completely zoned out/in and just listened to the random noises in my apartment while feeling my body. I noticed that I received the impression that my entire body, over the past couple of days, has begun to shift more into ‘solidity’.

My spine felt comfortably hard. Not ‘stiff’, but almost as if it was reforged in iron. Maybe adamantine works better in this example. My muscles feel as if the fibers were strung with steel as a comparison point.

I work a pretty physical job. Lots of appliances, which include refrigerators, up and down from a truck lift gate. I exert myself a bit more than necessary just for shiggles normally, so I was curious what Spartan might lend me in this regard.

Boyyy…

I run/power stride to and fro ‘unnecessarily’ - from the truck to the home, home to the lift gate, in the back of the truck moving shit around, bringing it off the lift gate.

And my body begs me to do more, still.

I decided that if I run Spartan, I owe myself at least 15 push ups each stop. We usually have over 10 stops so, at this point I’m shooting for the moon and I’ve landed amongst some pretty sweet stars cuz yesterday I managed to do 80 pushups total by stop 4 and left it at that as I didn’t want to be useless lugging refrigerators upstairs :rofl: but. I believe I’ve increased my daily pushups from 45 on Monday to 80.

My already pretty marvelous skill of moving efficiently in my job has more of a physical component now; I’ve expressed on Stark how I flow hither and thither very well with efficient movements in handling appliances without a bit of wasted energy. With Spartan, I can clearly see how my mind has begun to see new variables, small potential shifts that, upon me acting on them makes every physical movement count towards something.

My moments are more coordinated and not a single move is wasteful. I see ahead of the activity in a flash how to do this or that and simply do it and it works.

My will is definitely getting stronger. I’ll have to come back to this one as I haven’t thought about the many changes, small though they may seem. But I don’t entertain complaining from my driver about our route and how ‘heavy’ it is.

I get excited.

I don’t despair when I look at the inside of the truck and we have a few stops left and it’s already ‘getting late’.

I nod and hop up there to get it finished. It ain’t gonna finish itself.

I’ll talk about the women on a different report; this one is long enough.

But yeah, I don’t work out whatsoever besides my job. That will be changing. I have a pull-up bar that is in my apartment that I duck under every single day to go to the bathroom and last night, I suddenly really noticed it, and jumped onto it without much forethought :laughing: I’ll be incorporating that bar into my daily.

My explosive power has improved already with only 3 loops of Spartan so far, and I’m seeing that my endurance is affected as well. I smoke Black & Milds, so it’s been a great relief to note how my breathing patterns have become both more conscious and efficient.

I’m pretty sure I wasn’t tripping last night when I idly grabbed my arm skin and realized that my skin is thicker :thinking: gotta double check the objectives.

My shoulders and back feel more powerful. My arms likewise feel more ‘sure’. Even my forearms are giving me more of a feeling of strength.

When running Spartan Apex my erections were really strong do you get the same feeling ?

It is personal but no need to apologize. As I have told others on physical shifting based threads, it’s a given that one wants to know things about physical shifting :wink:

To answer your question…

I haven’t paid attention to erections as of yet as I haven’t been putting mine into anyone recently BUT, I’m glad you asked.

My morning wood is, for lack of a better word, ferocious. And my flacid/soft length is increasing, I noticed in the mirror last night. I took pictures but I doubt the class wants me to share.

It’s noticably increased to the point that if I hadn’t seen my body before, I’d call myself a ‘shower’ over a ‘grower’. I’m not sure if your culture uses that sort of slang :thinking:
