Ok this is weird now. Today is a rest day but now I have the urge to listen. I’ll stay strong until tomorrow.
Do you already know how ZPU will look like?
Can you estimate how far it is still off?
Not sure I can wait until it is published. FYI, since Oct 2025, I start new 30 listening day cycle (up to 3 months in total), my feeling and intuition are that I can add and listen to 4th title in my cycle.
However, when adding 4th title, I tend to have recon because of adding 4th title with the same listening time with other titles.
When I remove it in the next cycle, again I feel like I can add 4th title again lol. So I plan to add 4th title but listen only to 30 seconds in the next cycle in Mar and see how the recon is.
Doesn’t feel like a fourth title fits the framework.
What if someone did 2 custom subliminals with 2 subliminals each? Would that count as 2 subliminals or would the density just be the same?
2 customs with 2 cores each, or even three cores still count as two Subliminals.
But you have to consider that the more cores you use in your subliminal stack, the more your subconscious need to process.
Some users can stomach three customs with two or three cores each.
Others have challenges with two regular subs.
Depends on the number of modules, cohesiveness of the modules and cores, and density of the cores themselves. If I made a custom with RM Vibes 1 and 4, and 20 modules that were all music and fame focused, it’d probably be less dense than something like Gaming Mastery and Heartsong with a ton of random synergy modules, even if it only added up to 10-12 modules overall.
It would be a very dense stack and we would consider this playing lawyer games with the recommendations. Obviously, if one adds multiple cores to two different customs, you are adding to the density and difficulty of the custom. So, anyone trying to skirt the “three titles in a stack rule” by making multiple customs with a bunch of cores will have to accept responsibility for any lack of results.
Instruction Manual Soft Launch: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com/
Going forward, the instruction manual will be housed here. This makes it easier for us to make updates to the instruction manual without having to do the absolutely mind-numbing task that we have to do now – rebuild every title with the updated Instruction Manual link included. This will happen in bursts over the course of a few days. We will let everyone know when all of the downloads have been updated with the link.
We will make a larger announcement sometime next week. For now, given that the Paragon Suite works best with the new listening patterns (based around microloops), we needed to get this information out ASAP.
If you find any errors or typos and the such, please PM them to me directly so that it isn’t lost.

nvm previous question, asked before reading lol, got too excited
it looks sick though, extremely thorough, thank you!
This is the most comprehensive information that SubClub ever wrote. Brilliant!
Yes, it is applicable. With a title like Ascended Mogul – if you’ve been running it for awhile, you don’t have to start over through the progression because you’ve already achieved that level of success. You’ll have to be the judge of that. I am personally using progressive microloops regardless of the title.
I was more interested in “30 active listening days” but I remember in the Experimental Microloop strategy thread you said that it’s best to use if titles have anti-recon in them, and old titles might not work as well with it

I was already at 3 minutes with C&C. I started with a 30 sec loop. I’m going to go back and start all over from 15 sec. I want to get the most juice out of C&C so I’ll stick to the instructions.

With the new schedule, is 3 in a day still viable?

If 5 days is the minimum, what do you guys think is the most optimal washout period?
Do we just go by intuition to decide whether to take more after 5 days?

Also, since I couldn’t find this in the instruction, is 2x full loops if there’s only 1 sub in the stack still viable with the new schedule?
Well now I know the difference between standard, Terminus and Terminus squared"

But it left me with more questions. So T just has twice the amount of info, and T squared has twice the amount of info as T?
But isn’t the full script already in the ZP standard? Is it the same scrip but twice in T? What is the more information here?
I do not understand.
Since the new adaptative scripting in C&C it seems I can increase my exposure a lot without adverse consequences such as recon.
I’m even alternating the listening time, going up to 7 minute for one listen day and then back to 1 or 3 for the other. It seems I don’t really have issues with recon with this new tech. I even had good results when I did my last washout.
I still only have results toward the crown aspect of it, capital will come soon
Might go to 12 minutes next listening day, see how I react, get more of the script in.
Please note.
