Try listening it via mono phone speaker

I have this issue with paragon where if i listen on stereo headphones i dont really get results but on mono speakers i get very obvious results

Start at 3 minutes im sure it will work

Every other sub works for me whether I use stereo headphones, professional in-ear monitors, cheap phone speakers, etc. It’s a subliminal specific thing. A lot of the subs from before 2024 just don’t work strongly on me, even WB, and that’s okay. Everyone’s subconscious make-up is different.

Saint is quite

Probably another paragon drop on its way

Or all of them lol

There are a couple of possibilities here and just to clarify, I don’t have that long of experience with these subs, however I’ve been through years of therapy and have dealt with this during therapy.

  1. It could be your mind telling you to skip a day because it’s overloaded and needs to process what’s there and to not add to it.

  2. It could be that you are up against a wall with an important breakthrough and your subconscious is fighting it (recon). If you continue you could have a major breakthrough.

My advice is to push through it ONE time and get a sense of what’s going on. If it’s because there is too much for your mind to process you will start to get foggy brain, less attention span, short term memory problems, etc.

If it’s because you are at the wall of a major breakthrough you’ll get a flood of excuses to take a break, get irritated, maybe even pissed off, etc. That’s when you try to breakthrough.

I was also in group therapy for a couple of years, everyone is different with how they handle this kind of mental work, but I’ve seen those patterns above not only with myself but with a majority of other people.

From the Transparency Report included with the copy (see bolded):

  • This title (as with all titles available at Subliminal Club) contains “free will” scripting, that guides the user to respect the sovereignty of other individuals, as well as refraining from infringing upon another’s individual rights of universal free will. The title also contains scripting that attempts to guide the user to monitor their own physical and mental health when using our subliminal audio titles.

This scripting can express exactly the way you’re describing – an intuitive ping that you’re close to overexposing. This scripting will never lead to you toward running more loops. Lowering exposure is always okay.

EDIT: Now that I think about it, @Moon – is this intuitive ping stronger on ECC? Have you felt it this profoundly on another title? I suspect the adaptive scripting in C&C is enhancing the Care Scripting. And if so (no one test this now, I am merely theorizing), it may eventually become possible to create completely self-regulating titles in the distant future. Meaning, we won’t even have to give a listening recommendation. You’d know when to run it, when to cut back, even when to drop the title – intuitively.

We are working on these, but I am personally working on the new Instruction Manual.

Let’s goooo!!!

But also I think a lot of people will drop into heavy overthinking (myself included)

Also this specifically:

Most of the times I dropped titles were because of recon.

Just my worries though

Yes, I too believe that would be inevitable. However, this is just a theoretical idea for the DISTANT future. For now, the recommendations should suffice.

What about a feature that you can just play full loops and it only executes the scripting you can process and ignores that part that would be too much? And then overtime it automatically lets your subconscious accept or reject how much of the script it can take depensing on whether or not its too much and as your tolerance increase that amount your subconscious absorb increases and it excecutes what it can and disregards what it cant

If that makes sense

I have felt this on other titles but not as strong as ECC. When I remember I had to listen it was 1pm or so, and thought I should listen today, I had a feeling of “Don’t”.

Thought it would go away in an hour or so but It didn’t, which lead to me posting about it. As of now, I still have the feeling not to.

So I’m skipping today.

This is what I was thinking after seeing the messages from before. I’ve listened to my intuitive and just going to wait till next listening day and see how it goes.

That’s me every listening day. I eventually got onto into the habit of listening before bed.

This sounds like it would be an overall intuition boost. I already get the “Don’t.” feeling that @Moon’s said. Along with that is a lot of insight of how the title is processing, executing, and even other gems in daily life. Naturally knowing my limit with something like studying or the exact way that I should say something to someone. Also things like feeling when a manifestation is about to happen. Is this something you see potentially becoming more common among users in the future?

EDIT: It’d basically be adaptive scripting for life in general, lmao

Only saying this because I haven’t asked in a while/monthly question

How’s the weather looking? We got any reports of thunder coming?

I can really relate to this through when I was using (HOM). It shows up most clearly when I’m trading; I’ll get a distinct intuitive hit about when to enter a position. If I’m about to take a losing trade, I’ll literally hear a voice in my head saying, "Don’t do it, you’re going to get mad!":rage:

Sounds like it’s the same ball park. The sub is self regulating.

I had exactly this experience with ECC. I am far less driven to increase my exposure time and I am taking it very slow yet results are enhanced compared to before. Im not getting any strong recon and 0 overload.

Also something to note with ECC is that I am thinking about my sub journey in terms of years instead of cycle by cycle.
