Haha same, I really love the new tech coming out since ZP. Covid really messed my self confidence and having those to help me really makes a difference.

keep the spirit of this one with heavy direct wealth manifestation. This is the sub that has 100% come true for me in every element. A masterpiece for fast and continual long-term growing results. In a lovely twist of fate and irony, itās the sub I received for free from guessing the C.R.E.A.M. that I waited years before running for real lol Innovation, drive, creativity all amazing, but less or no direct skills. !!

For me, I prefer more balanced approach and authentic physical shifting.
I wouldnāt mind if they dropped it later because that just means they can probably make it better and add more newer versions of zpu and adaptive scripting to it

Question: Do you have the urge not to listen to the sub? Today is a listening day for ECC but something is telling me not to. Is it recon?

It could be intuition, your mind wants another day to process the input or the freedom to execute it without having to worry about processing on top of it. I can usually differentiate between intuition and recon by my feelings toward the title and life in general. Why do I want to not listen today? Is it that I want to rest, or am I avoiding confronting something?
One of the times it was recon, my answers to those questions were pretty handwavey. Iād been thinking about replacing Stark Black with Renaissance Man. After a few hours I came to the realization that I, as I am, would never want to stop Stark Black. I havenāt completed all the goals I had when I originally started the title, and itās not as if switching would somehow make that easier. There was no logical reason for me wanting to switch, no mental alignment with who I was. I was just trying to use that as a way to escape dealing with a concept that was difficult for me. After I listened to a loop later that day the feeling of wanting to switch went away, likely having reconciled whatever it was I was feeling earlier.
So, at least my answer, I donāt really know. It just takes recognizing the subtlety within yourself to be able to truly differentiate. It almost never hurts to take an extra rest day or two.

Yeah, for me itās the same. Sometimes I dont feel like listening on a specific day or I simply forget to listen to the sub like @MAkh
Afaik subs have scripting to help reduce overexposure. So if youāre listening to much, or are otherwise to stressed for processing, your subconscious realizes that itās better not to listen today.
And Iām fine with this explanation.
Itās a good sign.

Anecdotally, the days I almost forgot, I listen anyway instead of taking the day off
Iāve been comparing it to the gym, where there are days you donāt want to work out but still go anyway
Noticing much better results than taking the days off, which is something I used to do before

Never saw results on it. No recon either. Pretty sure itās just a personal processing thing with some of the older titles. Iāll experiment with it a little when itās updated. I typically see better results on denser subs.

Iām very much an advocate of finding oneās own processing speed. It helps in answering questions like these. Some people benefit from additional rest days, some may see benefit in an additional listening day. The listening instructions are a jumping off point to me. Once you get used to titles here, youāll have a better sense of what works for you.
