I’m confused. There is no backlog. People are counting the weekends as business days. 3-5 business days does not include weekends. I’m going to restart that thread shortly with explicit instructions on this after I finish launching Paragon (which is on the way today). We used to allow Q-Engineer to work on the weekends, but we are discontinuing this unless it’s an Express order. This has occurred too many times and honestly, we all need rest too.

Ok now I’m the one confused, I haven’t received my name embed ordered last Monday before work hours, it’s been 7 working days and I posted on the where is my custom thread 2 days ago 
Edit: my bad, I posted a day and a half ago, and taking time zones into account, the seventh day is not finished quite yet
Still, I’m just worried about not getting it by Thursday, since Thursday is supposed to be my next listening day, second of the cycle… I’m sorry to be insisting. If it’s not possible to have it done by then so be it, I’ll spend the current cycle on two titles and start it next cycle, but yeah
I’m not at all suggesting y’all work on weekends, having time for yourselves and your families is extremely important.
You put the order number in the other thread? If not, go ahead. I’ll see if I can expedite things. Most likely tomorrow. I’m on custom duty then.
