Since there are other people whose custom haven’t been received yet, I’m guessing the ongoing Q update(s) may have put you on a bit of a backlog,
My order #2031124 was placed on January 26, 2026 and is currently Processing
I just would like to know, if possible, if it would be available by Thursday?
I’m supposed to start my new cycle today and though I can start with the two other titles, I would love to get that name embed by Thurday so I can listen to it 
It’s ok if not, if more time is needed for the Quintessence OS update; (especially since idk what that is but it can’t be bad for customs) I’ll find another way, maybe running the main title instead? but yeah knowing would be nice.

Regarding my custom order #2031107 I received an email a week ago saying the order was complete. Checked the status online and it said “on hold, contact support.”
I did contact support early last week asking about it. Been 8 business days total since order was placed including today.
